Takođe imam problem što od 26. marta 2024. (tj. 10 dana) moja isplata nije obrađena niti završena.

I dalje piše "u procesu". Čet šalje unapred napisane odgovore i to radi već 5 dana. Ne dobijam nikakav odgovor mejlom...

Takođe sam tražio povlačenje 29. marta, do danas kažu da ima kašnjenja bla bla bla, treba da budem siguran da ću dobiti svoj novac itd.

Igrao sam u nekoliko dama ili rabidi kazina i primetio sam da prva isplata uvek traje malo duže. Kada jednom izvršite isplatu, sledeća isplata ne traje duže od 3 dana. Muči me i pravim galamu svaki dan u ćaskanju i mejlu, ali ne dobijam nikakav odgovor putem e-pošte i uvek ista stvar u ćaskanju.

I know your replying to another player, but in terms of verification, they won't allow me to verify my account, and in the verification section it states I don't need to which is very odd...this will be my 2nd withdrawal, I did a test withdrawal of a smaller amount, to see if they'd pay out ($60AUD) which they did in 2 days, unverified..so, to have multiple complaints about this place within the same time period, wouldn't that be of concern? They're not sending out emails to everyone on what's happening, there's no communication at all...so in my opinion, this wouldn't be a reliable place for anyone to play or join. And I still haven't received my withdrawal either.

12 days left, they still not payed out.

I write to the support at every 2nd day and I also chat with them, but no success
