Hi there,


Thank you for your response. I appreciate your concern. My intention in posting here was to encourage DelOro Casino to address my issue, as I have been experiencing difficulties getting a response through email for over a month. I would prefer to resolve this matter privately, but their lack of response has led me to seek visibility on this forum. I hope this will prompt them to take action and address my concerns directly.

Casino let me wait for a response for 2 months. I would not play here.

No they just keep you in a loop. Keep saying working on your case for 2 months now. I think I had 1 email saying we will look into it. Customer service just repeating we dont deal with these things on customer support email them.

Ofcourse ive emailed a hundred times without any response.

I thought maybe because they did responded on this forum they would respons. But it seems like another louzy casino. Not recommend this casino. Just another fraud.

So you haven't thought about complaining and having us try to help you? It might be possible, and I'd certainly at least give it a try.

Haha ne, nemam više poverenja u to. Nikada nije dobro funkcionisalo preko kazinogurua. 🙂

I think it's the 50-50 thing. I saw that you have also solved complaints and that's why I offered it to you. Of course, it is necessary to distinguish why the closed ones were decided as they were. Support ignores the hell out of you. After 3 months they now block my chat.


Like I said.. thats why I dont casinoguru as well.. affiliates of these kinda websites? Im here to talk with the community.. not for the in my eyes fake help of casinoguru.

Deloro = fake liscense.

They used a curacao liscense first.. that was fake. Now they use a Anjouan liscense fake aswell.

Casinoguru is on the website with their logo. Deloro did respond on this forum.

So why is that?

I would start with the fact that the casino has a banner on its website. Such an image can be downloaded on the internet without problems and inserted on the page, as it is normally possible to match it. But that doesn't mean that there is any special relationship between the casino and us. I know that in the past I have also come across something like this at a casino that had a pretty low rating and anyway it is not in our reach and we can't force someone to remove it. Anyway, if we explain to the players that it has nothing to do with us and we don't give any benefits or anything like that to such casinos, then I think that information should be treated as such.

As far as the license is concerned, I have looked at the license itself and it is possible that it might not be valid, so I will have our team check it out. The truth is that we don't check every casino every month, because there are a lot of casinos to check and we have a lot of them in our database. Therefore, if a player comes up with something like this, it is good information and they can also share it here in this column.

So Casinoguru cant stop deloro using their Banner?.

Because deloro casino was responsive on this forum.. they used to respond on complaints here. So it looked like you were on a good term with Deloro Casino?.

But weird that you cant contact them about your banner being missused on their Casino website. That alone is a red flag for Deloro and should your review be a bad review.


That and ofcourse that the licenses they use are copied and fake.

Everything about that Casino is a big red flag.

It's not that we can't contact them for it. But what specifically do you expect to happen. If the casino ignored it and didn't write us back, for example, what more would you do? I just don't think it's wise to know who has what kind of relationship with whom based on something like that. We have, for example, a fair badge that a couple of casinos have, so that would be something that would be a determining factor for me, and that is something that we give to casinos if they treat their players the way they should be treated. 

As far as complaints go, I see that the casino addresses them all the time and responds. It might be a good idea to "reply" to some of their replies here on the forum and write them what you have to say, I think they might reply.

Smešno mi je što imaju takvu značku i što ste prilično umereno pozitivni prema Deloro kazinu itd.


Ali oni koriste lažne licence? Ne razumem baš to?


Onda mi je veoma čudno da imate takav odnos sa takvim kazinom.


Moj problem sa kazinom je takođe povezan sa licencom, casinkguru ne radi ništa po tom pitanju. I to je takođe evidentno.... kazina dobijaju značke dok nemaju ni licencu i varaju igrače.
