I did a complaint last monday, 9.1.2023. They havent replied yet. i Think i will give them this week time to react or i call them to ask how long these usually takes. If i am not mistaken, they will review licenses twice a year and elite24bet should lose its license. Elite24bet states that player funds are protected but lets see if that is true...

Good. Im afraid it could be a tough ride but stealing is illegal. As I said, in a worse case we can turn to EU bodies and create class action and if some people join forces they have to take it seriously. Today and tomorrow I will create some complaints and try to reach some leaders of them and contact to the hoster.

We have the same problem, I deposited 300EUR without knowing that the website is under maintenance and asked the funds to be transferred back because I can't bet. I didn't even receive an email telling me that the website will not be operational. Yesterday they asked for my Neteller account for the funds to be transferred and now they said they are waiting on an employee to send the funds via Neteller in the afternoon but still nothing. I'll delete my account after this, this is just stupid.
