They do everything in order not to pay. I participated in a tournament and after a whole month of wagering, i got the second place with 400 USDT price.
The day "they decided" to give the prices, i had set my account to self-exlusion. 2-3 days later i reopened the account and when i asked about the price, they told me that as i was on self exlusion i will not take the money.
Also, every time you win big and need to do more withdraws because of the 1000euro limit, they keep delaying.

Hi, I asked my colleagues about this and theoretically you could file a complaint but according to their words they probably wouldn't be able to help with something like this.
When you say that you gave yourself a self-exclusion, I don't know if that's quite the right way to put it since you opened the account again in 3 days, it sounds more like some kind of cool off period or something like that.
Anyway, why did you set it? It's something that prevented the withdrawal of the money and therefore in these cases the casino can behave like that.
Speaking of those withdrawals you mention at the end, the delay is approximately how long? Have you had a similar situation?

If someone after facing 10 day withdrawal delay even in cyrpto withdrawal and still continues to play here must be really out of their mind!!! Many cryto casinos pay out in minutes if not hours. How can someone expect 10 days cryto withdrawal time? Fairspin is a total joke!!!
