The billing discripors for deposits that appear on my bank all vary but checking websites for them they all seem linked with dodgy looking websites selling various items is that right ? All based in China

If you suspect 4crowns to be operating illegally is there any governing body that can help with this. I have tried via my bank as they have used so many different companies to take my money but apparently as they are unregulated this is normal. You can only prove that they operate illegally on UK market, because they accept UK players. You could report it to UKGC and wait for their statement.
