Iskreno, prilično sam umoran od ovog kazina.
Juče sam OPET slučajno dobio informaciju iz njihovog normalnog ćaskanja da JOŠ NISU ISPRAVILI grešku za postignuće posle TRI MESECA. Duguju mi 40 evra (malo novca znam, ali ti si igrao da to zaradiš). Čet je rekao da je neko namerno to označio kao „ignorisati" i rekao da se vraća na „listu zadataka". VTF MAN!?
Kontaktirao sam njihovu e-poštu (nikada ne odgovaram), ćaskanje desetine puta u protekla 3 meseca koje MOŽETE POPRAVITI, i uvek obećavam, ali nikada ne isporučujem.
Danas sam ušao (jer sam dobio ponudu za povraćaj novca) koja mi je dala ovu ponudu i čet je počeo da se bori sa mnom govoreći da nije „dnevno" iako jasno kaže „dnevna ponuda povrata novca od 15% do 150e u poslednja 72 h". DNEVNO KAŽE.
Nije prvi put da chat odbija ponude koje sami šalju. KAKVA KATASTROFA sajta!! Ovde je prisluškivana slika mog dostignuća. VIP odeljenje takođe ne radi ništa osim što šalje grliće...
Znam da to nikada neće popraviti, ali ono što me bijesni je to što MI DUŽUJU 40 EVRA. OVE. Nikada u životu nisam bio toliko ljut na korisničku podršku u kockarnicama, obično oni poprave i pomognu, ali ovi ljudi su potpuno "tamo napolju". Takođe je prilično uobičajeno da ćaskanje ponekad jednostavno pobegne. Jednostavno završava razgovor u toku leta (normalan razgovor ide).

Yesterday I got AGAIN accidentally info from their normal chat that THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED the achievement bug after THREE MONTHS. They owe me 40 euros(little money I know but you played to earn it). The chat said that someone had deliberately marked it as "ignore" and he said that its back on the "to do list". WTF MAN!?
I've contacted their email(never reply), the chat dozen times past 3 months that COULD YOU FIX it, and always promise yet never deliver.
Today I went in (because I got cashback offer) that give me this offer and the chat started fighting me saying its not "daily" even though it clearly states "a daily cashback offer 15 % to 150e for the past 72 h". DAILY IT SAYS.
Not the first time btw that the chat denies offers they send themselves. WHAT A CATASTROPHE of a site!! A pic of my achievement bugged here. VIP department also does nothing but sends huggies...
I know they will never fix it, but the thing what get me furios is that THEY OWE ME 40 EUROS. OWE. I've never been so pissed in my life about customer service in casinos, usually they fix and help, but these people are utterly just "out there". Also its pretty common that the chat just runs away sometimes. Just plain ends the chat midflight(normal conversation going).
