I won genuinely with my deposit 14x times the bet. And they decided not to continue with my withdraw and voided all the winnings claimed something about a bonus that never was touched and I refused to it on my withdraw request. I repeat, I never touched that balance, all my winning were with my deposit and they still decided not to pay.

I refused to take it and I never touch it it was complete and it was lost I agreed to.

They took the amount complete when I requested it (withdrawal) there were even $6 more by some spins (5 spins) that they gave me for a keeping me on waiting more than 6 hours to a slot to work, and I had to because I already but a bonus but I mean spins I paid for it with my balance that I already have won ( bought the special 7 spins with my own winnings that I had won with my own balance) I have to add that the support never did something to do so and I mean support, they were just asking me the same thing over and over and over again for the amount of hours that I spent on waiting for the seven spins to finish

I never used a bonus or anything was active, this was my first deposit actually, that's why the 140 appears but again I have to say it was complete, they took it back when I requested the withdraw nothing of that amount was used. Only my real money. When I was doing the requested a message appears claiming that I was to loose the 140 of bonus. Because I never touched I agreed. But I didn't receive my balance already won with my real money. I refused to take any of that bonus and they took it back with my wins included
