Zaradio sam 200 evra i odmah se verifikovao i sve je funkcionisalo odlično. Morao sam da pošaljem svoju bankovnu karticu finansijskom odeljenju da isplatim. Uradio sam to. Sve je odobreno, hteo sam da platim i odjednom piše otkazani razlog tehnički problem, pokušajte ponovo. Onda sam ponovo platio i odjednom mi piše otkazan moram to da razjasnim u svojoj banci, uradio sam to i rekli su da je sve u redu. Hi I moved your post under this casino. As far as your case is concerned, I see you are in a vicious circle. However, I would underline that 3 days is not too much time to panic, even though I understand that getting the same answer all the time is certainly not pleasant. 

I'm sure you've managed to file a complaint and it's probably wise to wait for it to develop further because I saw that the casino replied as you say that it was the bank's fault and you say that the bank has confirmed that everything is fine on its side. 

So we will leave it to our team to get to the bottom of the problem and see how it is eventually resolved. 

For the time being, we will have to wait and hope that these technical problems will be resolved as soon as possible. Fingers crossed. 🤞

Možete li mi reći zašto je svaka isplata koju vidite dala ista dva razloga za otkazivanje? Razlog broj 1: Trebao bih to da razjasnim sa svojom bankom. Razlog broj 2: oh tehnička greška. Svaki put kada platite, uvek dajete jedan od dva izgovora. Ako to nije laž njima, onda lažu i mene. Ko može više da veruje!!! Vidite koliko sam puta pokušavao da platim i stalno dobijao ova opravdanja

Pokušavam da isplatim od 17. oktobra 2023. i od danas 23. oktobra 2023. još uvek se otkazuje zbog tehničkog kvara. Čini mi se kao da štite ovaj kazino!! Dok sam čitao komentare, pročitao sam da neki komentari takođe nisu mogli da se isplate u GAMA kazinu zbog TEHNIČKE KVARE, ovi komentari su bili pre 3 meseca! Slučajnost ili ne slučajnost čak i pre 3 meseca tehnički kvar i nisam mogao da platim, ovde mi pričaju sve priče!! Hoćete da mi kažete da gama kazino nije mogao da isplati 3 meseca zbog tehničkog problema. ALI NEMA TEHNIČKIH GREŠKA PRI ODLAGANjU. Polako dolazim do 180!!!!!! Zašto, dođavola, nema tehničkih grešaka pri uplati depozita? Pustili su nas da igramo depozit i čim zaradimo novac ne može da se podigne zbog tehničkih problema već 3 meseca ozbiljno!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can see you already opened a complaint with them so I believe they'll come up with that solution. You still haven't been waiting for too long for the withdrawal so don't panic. Nisu baš odgovorili na moj odgovor. Zašto nema tehničkih smetnji pri uplati depozita????? Dozvolili su nam da uplatimo, ali onda odjednom dolazi do tehničkog problema sa povlačenjem i depozit ne radi, zaista ne izgledate kao zatečeni! Šta to znači jer nisam dugo čekao na isplatu, njima možda neće biti dugo od 17. oktobra!!!! Hoću da mi plate moj novac!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, give us some time to go through it. It's clear you'd like to get this resolved as soon as possible, but we deal with approximately 1000 new cases every month (+ we work on cases that are already in progress) so that's a lot of data and information we need to go through.

Anyway, since we already know the casino reacted in your complaint, I'd say that's always a positive step. I will take time, but I hope it will get resolved positively. Just please, make sure you won't lose your winnings while waiting for the resolution 👍
