The complaint is not over yet so let's wait for its full resolution. Whether or not the casino will pay you is not yet certain. I just wanted to say that we don't have to jump to conclusions.

Žalba je zatvorena i očekujem tešku kaznu za rejting kazina bez obzira na odluku CEG-a za otkriveno lažno ponašanje.

Optužiti igrača za prevaru sa duplim računima i zaplenu depozita i dobitaka kada nikada ranije nisam igrao evro u ovom kazinu je odvratno i nemoralno.

Moj advokat je pronašao vlasnika kazina koji je ironično takođe advokat.

Without a decision by the regulator, the casino will not be penalized for the time being. If you come up with a result that will be positive for you, obviously then it will happen. If it wasn't up to the regulator and we were of the opinion that the casino was at fault, which according to Jozef's response I think it might be, then it would be penalized if the complaint was closed. 

So that's the way it's going to go for now and we'll have to wait and see what you find out.

If you don't have a clear opinion yet, I would try to communicate with them, but from what you wrote, I have a feeling that the position has already been taken. If nothing happens and no one responds to you, then get back to us and we will reopen the complaint and deal with it with the understanding that we are also on your side and the complaint will be dealt with accordingly.

Čekam do kraja ove nedelje i ako ne dobijem odgovor od CEG-a obavestiću vas (nisu odgovorili 20 dana).

Hteo sam da izbegnem sudski postupak jer traje duže, mada bi mi u tom slučaju bila nadoknađena i moralna šteta.

U svakom slučaju, i za to sam već preduzeo mere. Moj advokat će uskoro poslati obaveštenje vlasniku kazina koji je ironično takođe advokat (KP)

Ostaje činjenica da ovaj kazino do danas vrši krivično delo prevare.

CEG nastavlja da ne razmatra odluku. Prošle su tri nedelje da nije reagovao. Nadam se da iza toga nema ništa. Činjenica je da ne nameravam više da čekam.

U ovom trenutku sam tražio da se žalba ponovo otvori samo da formalizujem konačnu odluku kazina.

Ako ne bude voljan da isplati dobitak, biće bar kažnjen, ali pre svega će preuzeti odgovornost za pravni postupak sa moje strane.
