Hello. I've made an account yesterday on this casino. After several tries of getting verrified. it didnt happend at first because they didnt accept my bank account since they needed something showing both name and account because of trustly deposit. Everything else got accepted. Then after the 4 time, it was finally the right document and i got fully verified. The live chat said that it was fine, and then i got the message that i was fully verified. Now today, I got another mail where the withdrawal got cancelled. I then tried to log in, and the it says that the account is blocked? After getting fully verified. I Dont' know if its because this is a very new casino, but i have never experinced anything like this before and i have played on over 20+ sites. My gmail on the account is lancythura@gmail.com and name is mads lykkegaard. This cant be true that i can deposit more than 200 euros and cant withdraw 125 euros. As you can see on the document uploaded, they are keep saying the same thing, but now the account is blocked. I need help, is this site really not trusted?

They are saying im verified and its being processed. The problem is, i cant log into my account, and earlier i got a message that the withdrawal was cancelled. They are saying the same over and over.

They said that i have made self excluded myself from N1 license, but i dont freaking know why they didnt tell me before fully verified myself and deposited. Im getting my deposit for 110 euros back, so will only be loosing around 15 euros. dont want to argue with them that it doesnt make sense and that i shouldnt be allowed on the site in the first place. problem fixed after several hours and ive lost 15 euros from it

To me, it seems that they run an exact verification and user check only after a withdrawal request is placed. Something like: Feel free to deposit, it's your decision, after all... On the other hand, better 15€ than nothing I'd say.

Oh hey, I can see that's probably not the best experience based on what I've read. But I commend you for pointing out both the pros and cons. 

As for the cashback, I find it strange if it's like you describe. Obviously I would not be happy with that and would not play in such a casino. However, I wouldn't spend so much money to start with, but I would make a deposit first to check the casino. 

Anyway, do you have any ongoing problem in this casino that you need help with ? Or did you just want to express in general what you went through ? 🤔
