I just got 1500 euro in my skrill, I contacted them and they replied to me by email. They paid my €1,500. Let me add that this payment has nothing to do with the complaint and the complaint remains active as another outstanding amount.

As far as the complaint is concerned, I understand that the case you are addressing directly in it has not yet been resolved. However, I firmly believe that if the casino was able to pay you 1,500 euros, you will be able to get your other money. Was it from that tournament you mentioned ?

The funniest thing was when their system gave me an error and I was accused of having a second account and I didn't have a second account....Then I found out that other players of theirs had this problem too... Just imagine what a broken site they are had...lol

I think it would certainly be nice in such a case if the casino would comment on the complaint. However, I see that it hasn't happened for a week and I wonder how it will all turn out in the end. I would like to see this situation resolved, but I'm not sure. I hate to say it but we will have to wait. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. 🤞

Anyway, could I ask you to confirm that you got your money in the complaint as well ? It would certainly be good for our team and they can close this case. 

As for the casino itself, are you going to stay with it or are you going to move in a different direction and play in a different one ?
