I hope you won't find it inappropriate if I paste here a link to a guide explaining how bonus abuse works - may be handy for other players.

I say we should wait for the complaint to develop further.

You know the process of registration is usually pretty straightforward, so some similarities are recognized after the first deposit - not sooner. If the second account used a completely different email address, and slightly different names (like using the middle name instead of the first name), the system simply didn't recognize the similarities. For further assessment, we should see the casino's explanation first.
