I did send them an email 3 days a go, no response what so ever.

Just an update:

They closed my account again, without any explanation any information, and never game back my money, just banned me again, without any reason without any actions after they unbanned me first time and said that they will void my money.

I saw that according to your complaint and what you wrote you used a third party payment method, which is often forbidden in casinos. Apparently that's why they blocked your account and voided your winnings.

In the future, I definitely don't recommend using someone else's card to make a deposit or similar, because everything has to be in your name. Alternatively, always check with live chat before making such a deposit whether it is possible or not and save the conversation.

I think that as long as the players who will address the unsolved problem, so basically nothing will change drastically with one post. But it's certainly not a pleasant thing to read if they don't answer at all. It seems more like nonsense to me.

Well, I don't think it's the accounts of this casino. I have noticed this on several of them and I got the answer somewhere. Most of the time such accounts don't respond, but I wouldn't pay too much attention to that.

I think that as long as the players who will address the unsolved problem, so basically nothing will change drastically with one post. But it's certainly not a pleasant thing to read if they don't answer at all. It seems more like nonsense to me.

The thing is Jaro, they do respond! They actually speak on Live Chat but NEVER email. Its always the same "I can see that your issue is with the responsible team, they will email you when they have completed their investigation". We are now on day 80. What are the investigating? The origins of life itself? Its utterly ridiculous and I know they are trying to get past the chargeback deadline...but as I explained to them, the deadline doesn't apply because the case was already opened so the clock stops. They need to get their house in order to at least get a better reputation for themselves.

Probably the worst customer service ever. My crypto deposit never showed up im my account. Its been a week since they asked me for am address to for a refund. I provived them proof that i deposited with the right address amd its been confjrmed. I yet to get my money and support has lied to me, kicked me out of chat and been rude. All i tried to do was play there casino and im treated like a jerk.

I saw your complaint and the screenshots you sent. It's quite strange that you've been waiting a week for the refund they promised you, so I wonder how long it will take them. 

If nothing moves forward, our team will be here for you and try to help.

That's quite unacceptable and I would be tired of waiting so long. 

However, when you mention the chargeback, did you request it with your bank? Also, does it have any development or how are you doing if that's the case?

Bank are happy to play the long game with it and wait for them to respond first. I think if it goes over 120 days then they will just charge them back. The casino have been given a chance to fix it, but they seem to prefer ignorance. Unfortunately for them they have picked the wrong person to mess around!
