However, I would think about complaint a bit sooner since you say that the money left your account but did not come to the casino. Didn't it still come back to your bank account ? The casino didn't tell you why your withdrawal was delayed ? I can see that probably a lot of players are waiting for their money and that might be the reason why, but it is always best to get a concrete answer from them.
