Posle dužeg vremena na Kingmaker-u i čekanja nekoliko dana na 3 zahteva za povlačenje (19/4/24) smatram da je pogrešno reći da budem strpljiv, a da ništa ne uradim u vezi sa mojim zahtevom.

Nažalost, dok želim da budem u kladionici, oni ne pomažu u servisu koji imaju.

Lično govoreći u svoje ime, nisam dobio novac 8 dana i svaki dan im sedim na glavi 🙂 pa ću vam iskreno reći da nije kazino ok ne igrajte na njemu kad pokušate kontaktiraj tim za podršku oni kopiraju istu poruku i ti je šaljem, ne pomaže i iskreno ni ne mislim da dobijam više novca🙂 Pokušaću da kontaktiram svog advokata da vidim šta mi može do sada, reći ću vam da je ovaj kazino prevara

Hello, the same answer applies as in the case before you. 

However, I would think about complaint a bit sooner since you say that the money left your account but did not come to the casino. Didn't it still come back to your bank account ? The casino didn't tell you why your withdrawal was delayed ? I can see that probably a lot of players are waiting for their money and that might be the reason why, but it is always best to get a concrete answer from them.

Novac je bio moj depozit a ne bonus. Zatražio sam prvi depozit 26. 04. i sledeće 28. 4. i 30. 04. Moj nalog u odeljku za verifikaciju kaže da to nije potrebno na mom nalogu. U svakoj komunikaciji sa njima pišu da budu strpljivi. Nisu problem dani čekanja, već njihova nepouzdanost.
