Želeo bih da prijavim problem koji imam sa kazinom Leon u vezi sa isplatom koju sam izvršio 10. juna 2025. godine.
Povlačenje je označeno kao „obrađeno" na platformi, ali do danas (19. juna 2025. godine) sredstva nisu uplaćena na moj bankovni račun. Nekoliko puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku i jedini odgovor koji sam dobio bio je da postoji „opšti problem sa sistemom plaćanja". Nažalost, nije dato jasno objašnjenje niti procenjeni vremenski okvir.

Ovo je prvi put da sam naišao na bilo kakav problem sa ovim kazinom.
Odgovori podrške su bili generički i nejasni, što samo dodatno pojačava moju frustraciju.

I would like to report an issue I am experiencing with Leon Casino regarding a withdrawal I made on June 10th, 2025.
The withdrawal is marked as "processed" on the platform, but as of today (June 19th, 2025), the funds have not been credited to my bank account. I contacted customer support several times, and the only response I received was that there is a "general issue with the payment system." Unfortunately, no clear explanation or estimated timeframe was provided.
