Jutro, pa sam u četvrtak samo pomislio da ću pokušati da se prijavim na svoj nalog na moje iznenađenje da je ponovo otvoren 🤨. Suspendovan sam, ali mogu da se prijavim, primetio sam da je moj dobitak povraćaj na nalog! Zatim traži identifikacione dokumente koje sam slao milione puta. Posle nedelju dana pokušaja razgovarao sam sa nekim i oni su mi rekli dokaz lične karte, rekao sam joj da proveri moj nalog i videćeš hiljade mejlova i žalbi i sva moja dokumenta! Nije se čak ni potrudila da mi pročita ili odgovori nakon mesec dana. U svakom slučaju poslao sam svoje dokumente putem ćaskanja uživo, njoj je bio potreban dokaz adrese koji sam poslao svoj telefonski račun kao snimke ekrana, ali je trebalo da se preuzme što sam uradio za nju. Rekla je da je to sve što je potrebno. Primiću e-poštu i ona je sve prenela relevantnom timu 🤨 to sam čula stotine puta!! Pre nego što sam joj čak poslao svoja dokumenta, pisalo je da je verifikacija mog naloga u toku⚠

Morning, So on Thursday I just thought I would try and log in to my account to my surprise it’s been reopened 🤨. I’m suspended but can log in i noticed a charge back of my winning's back to the account! It’s then asking for Identification documents which I’ve sent millions of times. After a week of trying I spoke to someone and they said proof of ID, I told her please check my account you will see thousands of emails and complaints and all my documents! She did no1 had even bothered to read or reply to me after a month. Anyway I sent my documents through live chat, she needed proof of address which I sent my phone bill as screenshots but needed to be downloaded which I did for her. She said that’s everything needed. I will receive email and she’s passed everything on to the relevant team 🤨 heard that hundreds of times!! Before I even sent my documents to her it said on my account verification in progress⚠️

31. oktobar je obustavio plaćanje govoreći da je to duplikat, nije, zatvorio sam račun pre nekoliko meseci, nisam bio zadovoljan kompanijom, nisam dobio i bonusi su bili smeće. Moj prijatelj mi je rekao da je dobro pa sam mislio da ću pokušati još jednom. Nisam mogao da se prijavim na onaj koji sam zatvorio i otvorio novi. Oni su srećno uzeli depozite od 470 funti tokom 5 nedelja. Imao sam povlačenja. Onda sam niotkuda zatvorio svoj račun i zadržao povlačenje 200 funti. To je bilo 31. oktobra. Još me zezaju. Preterao sam 31. Uspeo sam da uplatim 170 funti jedno za drugim za kratko vreme. Bio mi je rođendan, bio sam sam i popio sam nekoliko viskija. Pa da, bilo je glupo, znam. 31st of October rhe have been witholding payment saying it is a duplicate it isn't, I closed an account a few months ago, i wasnt happy with the company, wasnt winning and bonuses were rubbish. Then they blocked me that day. And withheld the 200.

Update. After 10 days, at least 20 emails, facebook messages abd help from casino guru and resolver. I have just had an email saying I will receive my funds in 3 to 5 working days. There was no need for them to close my account. They also did it after letting me repeatedly put £170 of small deposits in a short amount of time. The stress I have had was uncalled for. I do not recommend this company at all.

I asked for thier final response for IBAS and they paid within the hour. 96 hours you wait for an email reply from customer care. There is nothing I can write that is positive about lottoland.
