Čovjek može razumjeti čekanje, ali mi kazino nikad nije poslao e-mail da me obavijesti o situaciji, a ja sam zamolio operatera za ćaskanje, oni su jednostavno rekli da pričekaju i budu strpljivi.
Rekli su mi da će im menadžment poslati e-mail kada bi im ponuđena igra odgovorila, što se nikada nije dogodilo.
Chat operater kada je rekao da nikada nisu dobili odgovor od provajdera igre, što nije tačno jer sam bio u kontaktu sa provajderom igre.
Kad to više nisu mogli poricati, šutjeli su i izbjegavaju me u ćaskanju, a nisam otvorio ovaj slučaj vjerovatno su me zavaravali u nadi da ću odustati.
Serija kazina se vidi po nivou komunikacije, da su pošteni poslali bi mi e-mail sa objašnjenjem zašto su zatvorili račun i procedurom.
I dalje se nadam da su u dobroj namjeri.
Ovo je kazino koji se hvali da je anoniman i odbija da prihvati presudu provajdera igara, ako igrač ima namjeru da se prijavi u nelicencirani kazino kao što je LTC sada bi trebao biti svjestan da će proći kroz koji će osvojiti veliki novac.
To nije fer i njihov t&c nije prekršen, a njihove pretpostavke da šaljem grešku ili trik softveru nemaju smisla osim što sam imao takvu sposobnost zašto bih potrošio preko 15k svog novca.
Trebali bi doći čisti i platiti.
Ako ne rade kazino guru bi trebao upozoriti sve igrače na rizike.
Opet se iskreno nadam da im je stalo do svoje reputacije i da budu pošteni i plaćeni.
2 sedmice je razumno vrijeme, posebno kada je kazino tzv. anoniman.
Nisam siguran zašto bi činjenica da igram iz Velike Britanije napravila razliku jer oni visoko predlažu igračima da koriste VPN!
Vrijeme čekanja nije problem već način na koji oni rješavaju situaciju koja me brine.

One can understand the waiting but the casino never even emailed me to let me know the situation, and i asked the chat operator they simply said to wait and be patient.
They told me once the game provided would have reply to them the management would have emailed which never happened.
Chat operator when said they never got a reply from the game provider which was not true as i was in touch with the game provider.
Once they couldn't deny that anymore they kept silent and they are avoiding me in chat and f didn't open this case they probably ig ored me hoping that I would have give up.
The seriety of a casino shows by the level of communication, if they were honest they would have send me an email explaining why they closed the account and explaining the procedure.
I still hope they are in good faith.
This is Casino who brags about being anonymous and refuse to accept the verdict of a game provider, if player have intentions to sign in to un unlicensed casino such LTC they now should be aware of they will go through if they will win big money.
It is not fair and their t&c were not breached and their assumptions that i send a bug or trick the software makes no sense aside I had such ability why would have i spent over 15k of my own mone.
They should come clean and pay.
If they don't casino guru should warn all the players of the risks.
Again I truly hope they care about their reputation abd be honest and paid.
2 weeks is a reasonable time, especially when a casino is so called anonymous.
Not sure why the fact that i play from uk would make a difference since they highly suggest players to use VPN!
The waiting time is not the issues is the way they are handling the situation that worries me.
