Hi Daniel, from the 26th of Feb.


One can understand the waiting but the casino never even emailed me to let me know the situation, and i asked the chat operator they simply said to wait and be patient.

They told me once the game provided would have reply to them the management would have emailed which never happened.


Chat operator when said they never got a reply from the game provider which was not true as i was in touch with the game provider.


Once they couldn't deny that anymore they kept silent and they are avoiding me in chat and f didn't open this case they probably ig ored me hoping that I would have give up.


The seriety of a casino shows by the level of communication, if they were honest they would have send me an email explaining why they closed the account and explaining the procedure.


I still hope they are in good faith.


This is Casino who brags about being anonymous and refuse to accept the verdict of a game provider, if player have intentions to sign in to un unlicensed casino such LTC they now should be aware of they will go through if they will win big money.


It is not fair and their t&c were not breached and their assumptions that i send a bug or trick the software makes no sense aside I had such ability why would have i spent over 15k of my own mone.


They should come clean and pay.


If they don't casino guru should warn all the players of the risks.


Again I truly hope they care about their reputation abd be honest and paid.


2 weeks is a reasonable time, especially when a casino is so called anonymous.


Not sure why the fact that i play from uk would make a difference since they highly suggest players to use VPN!


The waiting time is not the issues is the way they are handling the situation that worries me.

Only reason I open 4 accounts was to give myself a break from gambling,nothing dodgy was done.


They Re making it sound like a breached the rules when it states on their site not only u ate allowed but promoted!

  1. I'm 100% sure I did nothing illegal beside playing but my fear is how the casino has been handling the situation as they nevet acknowledging me before i open the case, a decent casino would have kept a sort of communication with the players.

Because i have read so many horrors stories about unlicensed casino i did read all the t&c and made sure I did not breach any rules i even checked if there were hidden t&c as they always trick you for not paying you, but this time they can't trick me.


If is an honest casino they will have to pay me. They can make as many assumptions to fit their narrative I'm 100% genuine and why would i even open a case if i was using bugs? lol ... I like the fact that they think I'm so clever,but unfortunately I'm not as if I was I wouldn't have spent over 15k on their casino.


Very sad that casino are happy to get your money but become monsters when is time to pay up.

I have check around the net and is not promising as I have read lots of complaints from players about the slots being manipulated by the casino, to be honest at first i thought the slot was rigged because I really truly played a lot of money and and lot if time.


The irony of it all is that an unlicensed casino is making assumptions thatI'm a criminal without a piece of prove and the game provider backing me up as they checked (eventough they denied at first).


I can prove everything, yet they will take time probably hoping I'll go away but I will not as I did win honestly.

It's good you can provide some proof.

What you find out it's not a good sign, however, it's quite usual that when somebody loses a lot of money on slots, it ends up with several serious warnings "beware, this casino is rigged!"

This one operates without any license - ok not so good as well.

On the other hand, it does not ultimately mean that all is wrong. We have to find out.

I hope we will find some way. 🙂

What makes me wonder the most of they were in good faith is why the block an account and start an investigation without letting the user know it?

Firstly, adecent casino would have at least sent an email with the casino procedure.


Secondly they literally lied in my face saying that they did not receive any reply feom the game provider when they did and they kept denying till I provide a proof of the email i recieved from wazman ( The game provider).


What amazes me the most is fact that they are denying the game provider expertise ,do not have prove that o cheated ( it will be impossible for them as i did not) but they wrote only assumptions and sounding like i was guilty without a piece of evidence.

They are acting like the roughest casino in the net ,

and I really wanted to believe that it was an honest one and they were acting in good faith.


Hopefully I'm wrong abd they will prove to the gambling community that is another unlicensed casino taking money and not paying.


I'm praying everyday that I haven't encountered another of those.

My guess is, You're not the only one asking for his money. The operator knows probably as much as you about what's going on and simply ignores the chat because 1.He just don't know what to tell you and all the other angry players, and 2. It's probably a minimum wage job so Why would he care. There is a clip from LCB forum on YouTube about how Euro Bets casino needed 20+ Days to pay out a bitcoin win.

The casino has a mac daily cashout of 15 Ltc ,I have not issues of being paid slowly but the fact that they are saying I could be a bug maker or might have use a tricky software when the game provider did not find anything ,as of course they didn't because I didn't cheat.

I think they might be trying to find an excuse for not paying at all, as why they would have block my ip and not even email me if they were an honest casino?

if they were bothered about my complaint when I complained about them not being sensible to vulnerable players why they didn't close my account when I ask them to?

I would have had more of my own money and they wouldn't have the issue of having to pay my winnings.

They even removed the time out option and the casino refuses to close anyone account, unless u win!! If u win your ip gets banned!! How a player can possibly trust this modum operandi?

Hi Daniel,i have opened a complaint against Ltc caisno and even-tough the game provider has stated that they sent all the info requested and they are done in their ends and casino guru has checked the game history an found nothing ou of the ordinary the casino still is not paying my winnings.

I have sent the email to Andrej to prove that the casino is lying about asking more questions to the game provider as the game provider denies more was asked or it could be done.

Is there any special reason why Ltc dosent have a low score has they are operating without license? Also will their score go down and player will be warn of they don't pay my winnings?

It over a month now and every week they come out with the game provider excuses which is not true as they admitted themselves the are not happy with the outcome as they can;t accept a players wins and they have to pay them.

There must be a deadline where casino have to put their cards on their table as players will be scammed if are not warned.

They were given an extra week which feel is unfair since they are not accepting the game provider findings and they did not find anything illegal themselves and they should pay now.


Only rogue casinos acts this way.

Unfortunately even if u win the casino doesn't pay.

i actually spent well over 15k and i was losing all the time even tough i was playing endless hours and at one point i won big.

But never got paid, th casino is now trying not to pay me, before u consider to register wait to see if they sort out my complaint as after a month and half and the game provider did all the checks the casino is keeping all my money and the chat operator block me in chat an mangers don't reply to emails.

This casino hasn't go a license and casino guru should change the reputation rate if they don't pay my winnings as other players will be scammed allured by the review of casino guru.

My complaint is still open but after over a month and not cheating found the casino is lying just for now paying me.

Nothing to earn int his casino sadly.

Really feel for you Millyboo I was so made up when you got a win that us slot players can only dream about and then to find out your chance of getting paid is slim to say the least. You must be gutted 🤢 and angry 😡 at the same time. Just out of interest are you still in correspondence with LTC or are they blanking you completely?

You can follow thread at bitcointalk forum. they come back to new excuses very week, now even tough i have proved that the game provider stated that there is nothing left to check in their side they are lying saying that the game provider still hasn't answer to them the questions they had!! Such a big lie, its over a month now and i have wasted over 15k of my own money, they have tried to make me sound like the villain when i did play constantly and finally the stupid slots must have been exhausted and paid.

casino guru should remove the "good reputation" and change it to rogue casino because they are worst than a rogue casino and casino guru fans will be scammed too.

I think they are hoping that i'll get tired and i'll go away but they are surely mistaken. i won't.

Deep inside i am still hoping that they are honest and they will pay but to be frank this casino blocked my account and never sent me an email to let me know why, the only reason i know what is going on is because i open scam accusations and complaints in various forums and they had to reply.

The chat operator block me in chat and the email don't get answered, only rogue casinos acts like that.

Its a new casino and not sure why they would ruin their reputation like that, unless they are so broke that they can't pay but then why run a casino a call it the most fair casino in the web?


i am so upset because i did not cheat and they are keeping my money.

Shouldn't reputation be earned?

Its over a months that this casino has kept my money and i have sent a proof to Andrej that the casino is actually being lying about the game provider since they emailed me.

Wouldn't you want your followers that trust you not be scammed? This good reputation tag will send business to this casino and is not cool that us players have to suffer because we trust site such yours.

The casino has not intention to cleat their name or paying so i wonder what is next?

it may sound strange that the casino without any license earned such a reputation. I just want to point out that we consider much more aspects in an overall reputation score. Your complaint has not been closed yet so no black points were given just yet for example.

The next thing I'd like to mention here is that the casino's staff may not be very experienced when it comes to gaming history and dealing with the game provider and its statement. I not saying it's alright, but could be the reason why they insisted on further investigation and all those questions.


I'm sorry that you have to wait so long for a conclusion.

In my scam accusation in another site the casino has actually lied saying that they asked further questions to the game provider and the game provider stated they are done with the investigations, there is nothing more to check.

Also LTC casino is owned by TTR casinos owner Andrey "TTR" Nikolaev which s a professional gambler streamer and and i doubt their staff is not professional, it feel more like they don't want to pay as otherwise why lying about the game provider statement?

They are buying time when they have not evidence of me cheating and the game provider has done the checks as Andrej from casino guru checked the game history and he said there was nothing out of the ordinary.


If they are honest the can share the game provider findings but of course they are not because the truth will come up and not wanting to pay they will have to admit who they are.


It is over a month now and this "investigation" is ridiculous to last so long.


Let's be honest only rogue casinos deals matter like this.
