In my opinion, filing a complaint would be a waste of time. These kinds of businesses seem to operate on a model where they're not inclined to pay players, and I don't see much benefit in engaging further in a process that seems unlikely to yield a positive outcome.

That's a pity because I think a player doesn't get anything for trying and even if it didn't work out you could say that you did something to get your money. But I'm certainly not going to force you to do anything. 

If you change your mind, I think you know where to find us.

As for the bonuses, did you try to ask live chat what is the problem that they can not be redeemed and disappear ? I assume that since you say that the chat staff are unhelpful, they didn't help you in this situation, but if that's not the case, you can tell me what else you've dealt with.
