Verovatno bih rekao da bi najbolji korak bio da se pokrene žalba i naš tim bi se pobrinuo za sve što je potrebno. To je prilično komplikovana situacija i očigledno će postojati neka sitnica koja će napraviti razliku.

I would probably say that the best step would be to start a complaint and our team would take care of everything that is needed. It's quite a complicated situation and obviously there's going to be some little thing that's going to make the difference.
