Zdravo. Nažalost, nemam ništa dobro da kažem o isplati u ovom kazinu. Čekam isplatu od €1500 od 6. maja 2022.

Već sam otvorio žalbu.

Kripto sistem je navodno promijenjen, ali sam uspio uplatiti kripto nakon zahtjeva za isplatom.

Zanima me šta će se desiti, u live chatu sam izgleda banovan, zahtev za agenta je već 4 puta odbijen i izbačen sam iz chata sa razlogom što niko nije dostupan.

Hvala vam puno, da, želeo bih da pokažem da sam uvek pokušavao da nađem rešenje i da sam imao puno strpljenja. Nažalost, nije uploadovao 1 screenshot na kojem se vidi moj račun sa depozitom, piše u toku od 02.08.22. i ništa u napomeni, tako da od mene ne treba ništa raditi. Sve u svemu, šteta jer sam inače bio prilično zadovoljan kazinom.

I have another withdrawal of 400 I asked 2 days ago.


They didn't pay me any of the two yet but they dare send me promotions to deposit.


Today is 10th day I'm waiting.

it sounds truly stupid sending you a promotion in this situation, yet the explanation is quite simple.

Casinos do not filter players with "issues" pending withdrawals or complicated KYC when sending the promo. Most likely they just provide the list of contacts to the partner who sends promotions on the casino's behalf.

I'd say 4 days left, then the complaint 🙁.

yes, i will wait until Friday and i will submit a complaint. Seriously, taking 11 days to pay out 200 euros, it says a lot about how of a poor casino it is... Not to mention that i made another withdrawal of 400 two or three days ago, i guess i will wait like a month for them.

Hi mrmileena, It's hard to guess how long you'll have to wait, but if nothing happen until Friday and then again even with the second withdrawal, then don't hesitate and submit a complaint, as already said here. I keep my fingers crossed.
