Hi I have written back to everyone for both casino accounts, both casinos have never replied to any of my emails and when I go on live chat they just tell me they can’t get involved and I have to email in 🤦‍♀️

Yes I need my account deleting from Magicwin and Superb bet I have sent over 30 emails since January telling them I have a gambling problem but they won’t reply and both accounts are still open

I have been waiting for a payout of £3440 since February. In June I had it cancelled and they asked me to use my card to pay it out quickly. I still have no money. Lots of emails and chat. Basically a scam

With this casino, I'm not even surprised. It is probably one of the worst ones on our site. Withdrawing money for so long is not normal and I would probably give up on ever seeing it coming. 

But have you taken any steps to withdraw? I mean, some kind of lawsuit or something?
