No the bonus conditions changed and since I won the money they've changed again because I have to accept new terms and conditions before I can even log back into my account. I can't help but feel something changed because I won the money and they're finding a way to not pay me

Ya so how does that go against me it's the casino that won't answer they should be blacklisted like on the other review pages I've asked for my gaming history multiple times

Kristina waited for the confirmation that you asked the casino to provide it, and the moment you wrote that the casino ignores you, you also mentioned that you were seeking help elsewhere.

From my point of view, it will be best if you ask the complaint to be reopened and state the reason that the casino keeps ignoring you, so you have no chance to acquire the gaming history. Hence you ask us to contact the casino on your behalf.

I believe that your case is worth checking, and we are not fond of closing complaints without even trying to move forward.

Više od 15 dana pokušavam da podignem ono što sam osvojio u mega kazinu bilo je 1800, nisu platili smanjeno na 1300 posle mnogo svađa sa njima slanjem dokumenata iznova na nalog poslali su e-mail rekavši da je sve u redu

Da će u ponedeljak, 27.02.2023, isplata pasti na račun, ništa nije palo onda su rekli da račun nije u redu i da su pre nekoliko dana sami poslali mejl da je sve u redu da je povlačenje u napredak, imam e-mailove koje želim da upozorim na Mega kazino i lažne prevarante

You know, gambling is a very competitive industry, and even though I have no reason not to believe you, I prefer to be straight. Players usually don't act like this, so your cooperation is appreciated.
