Each of these casinos has a very low safety index. I think that says a lot about how these casinos are run and I would avoid them because I would want to get into similar situations. That's what I can suggest.

Certainly with Curacao Licensing complaints must be received through the License Seal on the casino website (they will not accept complaints by any other method unless a casino is using an invalid or fake Curacao License), casinos without Licensing are almost impossible to challenge.

ONLY PLAY ON LEGITIMATE LICENSED CASINOS, (Don't rely on the a casino saying they are licensed, check it out, it will save a lot of heartache and frustration when you encounter issues)!

In this case I agree and I also think that it is best if players choose licensed casinos so that when a problem arises they can still contact the authority. In this instance, there is no one to turn to. 🙁

TO ADD: If there is no valid Curacao License Seal you can file a complaint by following the instructions set out by Curacao eGaming. I am not sure how that works and if there have been any successes, may need to give that a go too, I am in the process of a complaint via a Seal so we'll also so what transpires. It was accepted and the casino contacted. Just awaiting the ADR decision.

Not only am I blocked from their emails I am now aslo blocked from their website - I managed to chat to one of their live dealers who opened up a ticket for me and the next day the website won't let me in any more
