Nažalost, nije moguće (bar za nas Brazilce) da verujemo recenzijama ovde na casinoguru.

Mostbet platforma je zamrznula moj nalog za 2 dana i stvarala je probleme za verifikaciju mojih dokumenata. Sva tražena dokumenta su već poslata, sa snimkom mog lica koji se pojavljuje, sve potrebne informacije da bi već bilo moguće potvrditi istinitost dokumenata da su bezbedna i ozbiljna platforma, ali oni više puta šalju poruku tražeći iste dokumente, ne objašnjavajući bolje šta nije u redu ili šta nedostaje.

Na kraju, tražili su fotografiju kartice koja se koristi za depozit, napravio sam samo dva depozita preko PIKS-a i čak sam poslao dokaze o transakcijama, ali moja fizička NEON bankovna kartica ima samo poslednje 4 cifre odštampane na njoj, žele fotografiju SVIH cifara na kartici, a u aplikaciji neon banke ne mogu da dobijem ove informacije.

Kontaktirao sam banku i oni su mi objasnili da fizička kartica ima drugačiju numeraciju iz bezbednosnih razloga, brojevi u aplikaciji za bankarstvo su za virtuelnu karticu i mogu se promeniti ako je klonirana. I created an account last year — I placed bets and withdrew without any issues. Then I stopped betting for a while.

A few months later, I got back into it… but since I had changed my phone number, I lost access to the old account.

So, I created a new one and went to the chat to inform them (that I had a second account because I couldn’t access the first one).

They were understanding and told me they would need to "link" the accounts, and that it was actually good that I had informed them.

I waited, waited, and in the end… I got blocked and they kept my money (over €1,000).

To me, this is an attempt at theft and fraud.

i deposit yes for place some bets .. meanwhile, my bets won and balance increased.

They dont want to pay , because they are not paying any wiiners. I saw it on a Portugal site for disputes , and there are alot of people with complaints open against MOSTBET.

Maybe due to some regulation, they feel like Portugal is a nice place to scam costumers.

Inicially, when i registered, i got the link from a "influencer" on social media. I went back to talk to him and also he cliam that MostBet dont even pays for social media influencers there are sharing content ( as contracted).

Hmm I find that strange. Personally, I would ask the casino beforehand if I can open a new account or what I should do in such a situation. If you do it arbitrarily they may consider it a violation of the rules.

On the other hand, I would say that if they told you that it's ok and they link the accounts, I don't see what the problem is.
