C'est simplement et purement du volé et je ne suis pas d'accord.

C'est peut-être le changement de e-mail qui crée se problème ?! Peut être que l'agent qui a fais le changement de mail ne l'as pas bien fais voilà pourquoi vous pensez que j'ai plusieurs comptes .
Normalement vous devriez fournir les preuves de mon forfait et j'attends mais comme c'est du volé je sais que vous n'allez pas pouvoir prouver que j'ai deux comptes.
Je vous écris pour que vous remonter l'information que c'est une erreur et je veux une preuve et les données du sois disant deuxième compte que j'ai créé.

Danas smo u julu i bez ikakvog vidljivog razloga, a da se ništa nije promijenilo, imao sam skoro 2800 USD na svom računu kada sam pokrenuo svoje automatsko blokiranje povlačenja.
I dalje me traže provjeru, čudim se što pitam na sajtu i kažu mi da su dokumenti koje sam poslao prije nekoliko mjeseci istekli pa moram slati nova dokumenta.
Sve dok je u okviru bezbednosnih okvira nemam ništa protiv.
Tako da sam u utorak poslao sva tražena dokumenta.

Vratio sam se na chat i naišao sam na agenta koji mi je isto rekao da mi je račun zatvoren jer imam dva računa rekao sam mu da to nikad nisam radio da znam pravila pa je rekao da će vratite informacije, pa čekajte.
Ova priča ne miriše na dobro.
Samo zato što bi mi danas trebao dozvoliti da izvršim isplatu, pronašli su trik za zatvaranje mog računa.
Vjeruju da su ljudi prevareni.
Ako imam duple račune zašto nikad prije nisi zatvorio moj račun kad ništa nije bilo i čekaš da imam novac na računu da zatvoriš račun?!

A ma grande surprise le lundi je reçois un mail qui me dit que mon compte est bloqué définitivement parceque j'ai enfreint une règle , je suis surprise parceque je suis une joueuse correcte.
Le site me dit que j'ai des comptes en double, j'ai d'abord commencer à rire parceque je savais que c'était faux et j'ai compris qu'il essayait de me voler , peut être parce qu'ils ont vu le solde de mon compte dans mon relevé bancaire fournis je ne sais pas .
J'ai contacte le service client pour avoir plus d'informations et leur signaler leur erreur parceque je n'ai jamais eu plusieurs comptes j'ai plutôt changer de mail plusieurs 3 fois et ce n'est pas illégal.

Juste parceque aujourd'hui il devrait m'autoriser à faire mon retrait ils ont trouvé une astuce pour fermer mon compte.
