Takođe sam morao da postavim tri različite fotografije lične karte jer su uvek govorili da su mutne. Ali sa tobom je potrebno mnogo vremena.

Pa... oduzimaju vreme... čudni beli Mr.bet pripada grupi sa Spin.citi i Bruce.bet i tamo sam verifikovan🙈 samo sa Bruce.bet je trebalo par nedelja da se proveri VISA debitnu karticu, nisam mogao da napravim depozit. Upravo sam postavio iste dokumente nekoliko nedelja kasnije i to je urađeno😂😂😂

Flash news! they have sent me the email with the link to Id verifications and surprise surprise!: their ID verification page has a bug so after 30 minutes on the chat they decided to escalate the issue.

So for now is up to them, more to follow soon.

Može li mi neko pomoći sa mojim problemom? Deponovao sam €96 na Mr.bet i uložio bonus, 2K je dostupno za povlačenje od 25. jula i ne mogu da prođem kroz verifikaciju! Prvo sam sve otpremio, ali nakon otprilike 4 dana moja fotografija debitne kartice je odbijena jer na njoj nije bilo imena. Pa sam napravio još jedan snimak ekrana IB-a, postavio ga i čekao sam skoro nedelju dana i ništa se nije desilo!!! Osim što stalno idem na ćaskanje i budem opljačkan, uvek puno posla, veća potražnja itd... apeluju na strpljenje, obećavaju da će ubrzati stvari ali samo stalno govore 😐 Ja ne ne znam šta očekuju od mene, da ću prokockati 2K? Pre toga sam bez problema povukao 1.9K!!! Ne znam koliko dugo žele da izvedu ovo 🤔 Otpremio sam snimak transakcije gde sam deponovao na mr.bet i oboje su na njemu (moje ime i broj kartice). Možda neko može pomoći... Hvala

Yes it seems was their email system that sent me the wrong information. Finally I was able to send all the information for the verification and the first stage passed, now I'm waiting for them to verify manually and give me the news about the verification successfully and get my money.

However, my account is still on hold. I suspect they might be delaying the verification process to push me into reversing my withdrawal. This tactic will not work because I have set wagering limits on my account.


I hope they will approve the documents before this weekend. Otherwise, I will be compelled to file an official complaint. They have been continuously delaying the full verification of my account and the release of my funds
