Oh thank you for the clarification. I would say it's not that much yet since we give casinos 14 days to resolve the process, but I'm worried because of its low safety index and the experience of the players which you can read in this thread as well. 

Have you tried to communicate with the casino about the withdrawal ? Do you have a verified casino account ?

I'm not sure I can answer that question and what has changed, since it should take a while now, but I would say it has probably changed a lot since the casino has such a low safety index as it does. The only thing we can do is wait and see if they actually give you the money and if not the complaint will be unresolved and the casino will be penalized. 

After that it will probably be best not to play there. 😕

Hello. I am sorry about the resolution of your complaint and that our team was not able to help any further. Unfortunately, this is not unusual when it comes to casinos with such low safety index. As you have read in this casinos user reviews, the feedback is terrible 🙁, so I am not sure, if you get any positive answer from anyone you have asked about receiving their winnings. Well, what should I say? Even if there is someone who has received some money from this casino, how exactly would it help with your case, I wonder? 🤔 Sorry to tell you, but if you have look at all the complaints for this casino, here 👈, you will see a lot of no resolved ones. The best way is to look at the safety index on here and read the reviews. Secondary go on Trust pilot and read the reviews on there. Ignore the ones where people have just lost money that's gambling but focus on methods of deposit and reliaabilty of withdrawals

I think you have a pretty good approach to how you check the casino. Probably the most important thing is the experience of the players, so reviews and complaints are a good choice. I often recommend this as well. Of course the more sources the better.

I requested chargebacks from all deposits I made on this website from my bank for fraud. It took a few weeks but I got every single deposit I made returned to me. This website is a complete scam

So even though it took some time, I think it's good that you finally got the money. With casinos like this, I would probably think about something similar because there's obviously no other way to get the money.
