I have verified all my documents with mystake, I have a verified account, I have tried withdrawing my money 3 times now via bank transfer and denied everytime! They emailed me asking for ‘Card Verification’ and now they said it is verified after sending them multiple photos of my card. I’m wondering if they are going to prolong it even more is there any advice for this casino please. Thanks

I requested the withdrawal 3 days ago now. I still haven’t recieved it. When I ask for an update they say withdrawal processing can take 3 days and to be patient but I thought I would of heard something by now seeing as I verified my card info like the asked.

Generally speaking, the best course of action is to just do whatever it takes to get paid, to always obey instructions, and to comply with all requests even if you do not think they make sense. As far as I understand, there are no other demands; the payout is just awaiting to be processed.

Good news then, sometimes it's best to be a bit patient and wait a few days, communicate with support and see if something moves forward or not. In some cases it will turn out well in others worse. 

But yours was positive so I'm definitely happy. 😊

Mystake sucks the worst scaming site to know!!!!!!! Providing 388382 documents with scaning face and verified account they decide to close my account and stole 440 eurs from me for vioalinting their terms. This is such scam and fraud this site it has to be reported imieatdly!!!!!!!!!! Alll the people to go to jail from this site stealing hardworked money from people discustint!!!!!!! Send 2000000 proofs that i own the card and statment and without any explanation they close your account and steal money

Hey, did the casino tell you more specifically what Terms you violated? That would probably be important in this case. You didn't end up passing verification when you sent them so many documents, did you? What was the specific problem with which documents?

Additionally, I saw that you submitted a complaint so we'll see what can be resolved and how it turns out. 

I guess it's all fair.

Yes that i vioalted term 9 and 10. I passed all verification. When i opened account i verified with scanning my face that they do with live camera. Sucessfully. Then sucesfully passport verified and sucesffully ultitly bill verified. Than bank statment sucessfully verified for payout (the real bank slovenian). But deposit card visa they rejected . So basically verification of credit card that was online card on revolut didnt pass their checks. I took screenshot from my app and with transactions down. Plus sent bank revolut statment beacuse they said the card has to ne psyhical. So basically revolut bank statment didnt pass i dont know for what reason because revolut specificly sent me the bank offical statment so no sense. I feel used really

Okay, so that seems to be the biggest problem. I know that Revolut also has physical cards, have you thought about getting one? 

However, I would still say that if Revolut gave you an official proof that you are the owner of the card, then I don't understand what the casino can be bothered about. 

So it's good that you have a complaint and let's try to find out how it goes.

No dont need phsyical cause have plenty others similar to revolut. Revolut i only use to transfer money for betting thats all. Yeah i have no idea aswell thats why im saying this is imposible. Iv sent what iv got and they werent happy and just closed account and stoled 440 euros . Lol

I think it could be a valid document and I don't know why the casino doesn't want to accept something like that if you got it from revolut as you mentioned.
