Imam problem sa Nomini kazinom..

Uplatio sam skoro 1000 evra, a povukao sam 300 evra. Pravi 12.02.2022. Skoro 5 dana pišem zašto ovaj novac još uvijek nije potvrđen.. uvijek dobijem isti odgovor.

Nisam čak dobio ni e-mail osiguranja o dokumentima.

Uvijek isti odgovor bez obzira na chat ili email.

Trenutno se čeka veliko čekanje na isplate..

Može li neko pomoći Willeachtu?

Nisam poslao nikakve dokumente!

Nije bitno gdje igram... uvijek prvo učitam svoje dokumente i ako se to potvrdi onda plaćam prvi put.

Ali postoje igre kao što je Nomini u kojima korisnici ne mogu učitati svoje dokumente, već im moraju poslati e-poštu kasnije ako žele nešto platiti.

Ali još nisam dobio e-mail o svojim dokumentima.

Nikada nisam dobio e-mail od Nominija, da pošaljem svoje dokumente e-poštom.

Uvijek dolazi isti odgovor... Trenutno dugo čekamo na isplate.

Siguran sam da će kasnije biti e-mail da pošaljem sve svoje dokumente.. a onda će to definitivno potrajati jer se to ne može učiniti..

Ali ja sam stvarno glup jer nikad prije nisam pročitao da su isplate u ovom kasinu tako loše..

Uvijek moramo paziti gdje uopće plaćamo.

Problem je što je nemački kazino bolji, samo slot mašina radi tako sporo. Ali isplate dolaze vrlo brzo kada se nešto osvoji.

Zaključao sam dosta online igrica, hteo sam da probam nešto novo.. To su bile moje greške..

Bolje je uvijek ostati tamo gdje je igra već osigurana dokumentima i isplate su brze.

The problem is that you can feel very safe in German casinos, on the other hand, your winnings are 5 % lower there. If you're OK with it, then I don't think you'll have any issues with payments with German casinos.

Nomini has failed to confirm my address for 4 months. I have 167 euros pending as withdrawal and they refuse to verify my "proof of address" documents. Last week they finally accepted one to just refuse the other day. They even do not respond what are wrong with the documents. Their support has general answers not specifying the problem. lI think they are not interested in paying me. I made several deposits there, in total even lost money

Hello.

It almost sounds like the staff is somehow lost so can't decide what should be accepted which is not your concern, of course. I imagine it's impossible to explain the issue to the player when you are not sure what the solution actually is. I'm also wondering how many players from Albania play in this casino.

One way or another, I hope the complaint will help sort this out.
