Hello,

I have complain for nucleonbet casino. I complete d my KYC requirement where I have to take a selfie. I won 4000 euro of 250euro deposit. My first withdrawal of 1000 euro is pending but it is already on the third week. First they need all the necessity documents to withdrawl, I gave to them. I withdrawl and still pending for almost 3 weeks. Now they telling me they still reviewing my identity which does not not make sense. I still need to withdraw the rest, but I cannot withdraw anymore because I cannot have multiple withdrawls. In this website the maximum withdrawal is 1000 euro.


I am a Belgian citizen. Which authority should I complain to make sure I get my money. If possible can you help me make evidence to report to the right authority?

Can I also complain to EU commissio since I am a EU citizen?

I think that the Eu Commission has nothing to do with such cases, because its expertise is somewhere else than in the area of casinos. 

Radka has given you two options, and I think it would be nice to take one of them and see if it is possible to help or if the authorities will help.

I did both and I also complain to https://madre-online.eu/. I hope that the issue solve soon. I want to get out of this nightmare and never want to hear or mention of NUcleonbet again.

I absolutely understand you, because I would feel the same way and I wouldn't want to deal with similar problems.
