Parimatch je dozvolio prevarantu da ukrade 5.250 solea sa mog naloga. Takođe, sa nalogom koji nikada nisam koristio i nije na moje ime, kako je moguće da bilo ko može da pristupi vašem nalogu i podigne novac, sada mi podrška ne govori ništa o mom povlačenju, ne preporučujem ovu stranicu uopšte ako želite da brinete o svom novcu, ima mnogo boljih.

Poštovani, dobro veče, već mesecima igram na pe.parimatch-u, ali od ovog meseca mi ne dozvoljavaju da podignem novac. Takođe mi ne daju razlog zašto odbijaju moje povlačenje. Pojavljuje se samo obaveštenje "Došlo je do greške sa uplatom. Sredstva su vraćena na račun kupca". Kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku i oni su mi generisali kartu nakon toliko čekanja, međutim prošlo je 2 dana i niko mi ne odgovara.

Molimo za maksimalnu podršku. Vidim da je licenciran od strane "gaming-curacao", ali kada odem na tu veb stranicu ne vidim nijedan odeljak gde možete da uložite žalbu.

Zdravo Jaro, od 4/04 odbijaju 5 povlačenja. Ispunio sam sve uslove da mogu da se povučem. Više puta sam kontaktirao ćaskanje gde se ne javljaju i ne rešavaju. Napravili su mi kartu pre 5 dana i još uvek piše „radimo na tome". Ne daju mi nikakvo rešenje i imam 2360 sola na računu. file

It's not nice when the casino doesn't tell you anything. We give them 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process and if they don't we will contact the casino and see if we can sort it out.

However, if by any chance it can be resolved before the time is up, please let us know. Maybe they will get back to you with the ticket you created, but we will have to be patient.

I don't think you will have to wait 14 days, 14 days is calculated from the withdrawal you have made. Also you have 2 days and some hours in a complaint in your timer, so I suppose Kristina will then ask you if you got the money or not and we will probably investigate further and try to contact the casino.
