Hvala na brzom i potpunom odgovoru.

Da, proverio sam fasciklu neželjene pošte i to nije slučaj.

U početku kada sam započeo KIC proces, tražili su jasne kopije lične karte, onda je to bila fotografija lica sa karticom u ruci pored lica i njihov e-mail koji je to tražio u drugoj ruci (smešno) ali sam se složio sa svim i poslao ga. Na kraju su pre nedelju dana odgovorili da će morati da sačekaju odgovor specijalista.

Pojačavao sam to iz dana u dan i odgovor je uvek isti copi paste da se zahtevi analiziraju po redosledu i da moram da čekam.

Zdravo. Imam isti problem kao i drugi korisnici sa kladionicom paripesa. Stavljam iznos po kartici i nakon opklade želim da podignem novac na isti način i ne dozvoljava mi. Pokušao sam više od 30 puta i nema šanse. Dobro jutro svima, tako da sam imao problem da igram na paripesu. Podigao sam 300,65€ koristeći se dostupnim metodom koji je bio preko sepa pošto mi je kod onih koje sam deponovao (tj. sa karticom) odbijeno.
