I reckon then if over 45 days you should be in the clear especially as you did incorrect MCC. I know mate, there is no correct formula some banks raise some don’t, I took the view with the last ones small amounts that I would just give the merchants loads of abuse

Check on here there should be a template, but basically the merchants you say please refund as you have bypassed codes to facilitate illegal gambling and it is transaction fraud. Also make them aware no goods or services have been received from them.

Then go straight to bank to chargeback, it’s up to you to decide if you go incorrect MCC and mention gambling or do goods not received ultimately only you can decide on that after reading the various posts on pros/cons.

Sorry Paul to intrude on your post but did you claim against skinsonly? If so did they dispute the chargebacks?

Well done mate similar timings for me on chargeback and gamble free just over 4 months. Agreed I had some day 45 Monday refunded Tuesday yet other chargebacks are 53 days (next Monday) according to Chase they just make up the rules but I am fairly hopeful Artsrid are not responding so I should get that refund next Tuesday

perfect once this refund is processed it shows as pending does that mean they cannot cancel the refund or not?

If they have refunded directly then they won’t be able to reclaim/challenge, it’s just a normal refund not chargeback as Finnart did one this way to me. It will clear tomorrow go from pending to complete usually mid morning on Chase

Just to add, Chase informed me that they always contact merchant/merchant bank and in many instances the merchants refund directly. How true that is I don’t know but if you check back on this a few via Chase have had direct refunds after Chase pursued the chargeback.

That’s what’s happened with Finnart apparently they actually did come back to Chase and said we won’t be contesting, Artstrid no response yet but hopefully don’t and then everything is back.

That casino is a con rogue as hell ! I got chargebacks years ago with Nationwide and won them all you will not get anywhere with them by email there was another one I tried verywell casino but they have their own payment platform piatrix and the bank said try them but they just said the service was provided

I am just having so many issues getting banks to raise chargebacks.I am waiting on Lloyds they tried to bamboozle me into lying 6 days we where in live chat trying to raise a dispute and its still not done i don't think

Have you tried logging complaints to try and speed the process up?

Yes, I logged the complaint also regarding the service they where providing because everyday it was a different Cs advisor and I had to go through everything again every detail, it was becoming frustrating. They would keep me waiting for hrs to respond then around 6ish every evening they would just end the chat and send me a generic message. If I needed to contact in an emergency bla bla bla this chat has ended sorry Cs is unavailable at the moment. I was getting so annoyed and frustrated. One advisor literally had me in tears I ended up having a panic attack and having to take a pill to calm me down because she was bamboozling me with questions that I already answered and explained over and over and over and over my anxiety was through the roof I had to tell her I needed a break. Then she sent me a link for the samaritans WtH. I just want my case delt with.

This is a horrible service, one avenue you could try as this is very similar to my complaint with Barclays whereby they used to not answer then 6pm close chat is to go to twitter/X and contact them via DM I did this and they raised the complaint and chargebacks were raised within 5 days money in bank etc. May not work but what you will find and remember I work in finance is we were told at my company that social media messages/posts are to be answered in 1 hour max
