Could it be withorb.com?

I have found a really useful tool in similarweb.com you get 7 day free trial with 10 searches a day. If you got to website analysis and type in address above you can click on incoming and outgoing traffic this will tell you if they are affiliated with payments services gambling sites. I would do it for you but I am out of searches today hunting down dealmakr!! Pictures attached show you what do you can see filefilefilefile

Hi

Monzo refused to raise any for me even after a complaint as they said Masterard does not allow us to raise gambling transactions under any circumstances.

Even after telling them that none of the merchants offered gambling and none of their merchant codes were for gambling they still refused to process any chargebacks.

Helpfulinfo

well, i ve told them that if they dont raise them as goods not received as i havent received any digital art i will have to go through foc. And sent them some links with decisions from the foc regarding similar issues. They raised them afterwards.

so my advice would be try to raise them as goods not received from the 1st instance

Exactly paul sounds like you was probably in same boat as me with regards to the higher figures.. I got upto 200k+ not once but twice! It seemed too good to be true if you get what I mean.. I've won 25k 50k's on legitimate sites so its possible but this was taking the mick, 85k drop and win followed by another the same day! Was ready to crack the champagne lol. Tried multiple ways to make the withdrawals then reality set in.. reject.. reject reject. As you say only 15k max withdrawal a month, that would mean 1yr and 2months to get my 210k winnings! For comparison i withdrew 42k instantly through betgoodwin.. so what a load of nonsense rolletto mystake and co have these terms. I had my suspicions after the first time of making decent bank so screenshotted everything including my deposit history with a solid case to take to resolver.co.uk. well that was my initial plan before finding you guys on here. Ive always had successful claims through resolver when the casino didn't want to pay out, 'legit' casinos such as farabet britainbet to name a couple. I just had a gut feeling I was dealing with a much more organised bunch of criminals this time the best outcome would be to get those deposits back. And of course, your then involved in a real life game when you realise how they operate. Playing them at their own game is the only way to retrieve what's rightfully yours. Glad you've managed to redeem what you laid out.. I've seen people on here say its a win win for people raising chargebacks but that's simply not true.. I'd rather have the 210k I won than have to fight my corner to retrieve only the deposits I laid out. It's exhausts a lot of time of energy going through all this.. I don't need it tbh.. but why suffer at the hands of a criminal. I've just had 8k elegro refund. I've also had successful chargebacks raised to finnart, artstrid, pixeleum and quickbit. All Revolut. 160k profit would have been nice but we move on. just playing the waiting game now. I've seen people on here genuinely believe banks are on these criminals side.. the truth is it's how you portray yourself and put your point forward to the bank. They have rules to abide by too.. use this forum as a tool, dont go back too far tho as things change over the course of a year.. use chat gpt to help write you letter/emails if you struggle with punctuality. Just use your nod.

wow my amount is obviously very small compared to yours, but still to me £2700 is a lot of money at the moment. They keep telling me my account is under investigation however give me no reason and have not updated me for almost a month. My bank is no help at all and says because it is gambling related there is nothing they can do. So I am at a loss really. I don’t think I am ever going to get my money back.

Hi bud I am done with it all now as you probably gathered from my post history just waiting on an outcome for arbitration on 4 chargebacks for £1600 I got a good chunk back so was very lucky probably still down a lot but not wanting to count as just finding myself lucky I was not in debt the rest of my life ! any wins over £5000 is when they start the games with you slow withdrawals, checks, etc etc they must have some sort of script they work to like paying out at first and fast to hook you then drain your money, It must be affecting you mentally not getting paid out but the refunds are a crumb of comfort I think you might be lucky in a way as this will put you off it for life !

Also just to let you guys know I managed to find some people on Linkedin that are high up in rolletto, apparently the CEO is Revaz Chikvaidze. I tried to contact him on there as I didn’t know what else to do am nobody from the support was helping me whatsoever. Obviously did not recieve a reply😂

I'm sure a lot of people make the same mistake of bringing up gambling first of all. which is why this forum is helpful if you take the time to read through it and make sure you have your head wrapped around the correct protocol for your particularcase. For some it works but in your case it didn't. In short, think in banking terms.. what does the bank see? They see merchants on your banking history tied to digital currency/digital art/merchandise etc. So erase the gambling part from your head, the bank doesn't see this side of it and concentrate on what's displayed on your bank account. Go back and say you've made a mistake. Improvise.. say you mixed up the transactions with another bank account you have. You want to raise the dispute service/goods not received. But obviously first of all you need to email the merchants first to show you've attempted to resolve the issue. What are the merchant names on your bank statements?

Yes I totally get what you mean, but unfortunately a lot of my payments were made via bank transfer to falcora finance and monzo refuse to do anything about it as they are bank transfers. the remainder were via card payment to wbmsc with starling bank. I have tried everything with starling, even raised a complaint however they then sent a final decision letter and said they would not uphold the chargeback request. So I have absolutely no luck going back to my banks.

melrao007

Not all of them are, i've sent all the details of the Nikotpf merchant i encountered and they said they don't have a record of that vendor on their system

Gojira7346

I've emailed elegro again asking them to double check, I've also emailed niko-tech but have not heard from them yet. Pixeleum and finnart asked for statements etc but not heard from them since. I got my money back from echosyntex no problem not even a reply to an email just refunds, if only the others were that easy.

melrao007

Payop is some of the Niko merchants i believe, to be honest i don't think tracking them will be easy as they change merchants quite often, so i'm assuming they change platforms they host the merchants on equally as often.

I've managed to receive a full refund from merchant elegro after the bank declined my dispute with the same reasoning it was a money transfer. Couple days later elegro initiated the refund regardless. Im not sure if anyone on here has experienced the same but that clearly shows the bank still passes on your information to the merchant despite not directly getting involved. Almost like a mediator. This is why it's important to think it through properly and cover your corners. I sent emails to both elegro and niko tech prior and requested a gdpr to their data protection officer which they werent able to provide. Little kick up the backside don't hurt. So tagging the local police/gardia to the emails shows the severity of the case. I think the gdpr request is the sucker punch they dont want as this will reveal their shabby practices. All this information can be found on this forum so this is just to save you the time mate. I have a few on monzo which I'm just about to break into.. falcora is one of those. I don't hold out hopes but will give a shot.

Banka u svakom slučaju može da tvrdi da ste uneli verifikacioni kod koji su vam poslali SMS-om i to je naša odgovornost, zar ne?

Yes you done very well. I bet it feels good to get off your chest. It's not actually too hard if you play your cards right but it's so time consuming. I am about to tackle bitsent but this is through monzo, who closed my account without reason. I understand by law they don't need a reason but my point is I have to manually go through all the statements to put everything together and it takes time. Bottom line it's still within 120 day Mastercard Rule so they should still be able to raise chargeback.

Martin61

I tried all of that with them but they just kept repeating that their hands were tied by Mastercard. Good luck with them.

Bbpaul

Monzo were meant to be set up to support gamblers but they tolerated me two times then closed it barring me for life this was before any other banks were doing the gambling support or card blocks so it seems to be a lot worse now ! I have managed to chargeback all I could apart from £8000 on payop end of 2023 and £6000 on Revolut most recently but the Casino used my card details to buy crypto so I have taken it to the FOS doubt I will win it but already done well on the recent cases hopefully I win the arbitration case I put forward a strong appeal it has been about two weeks now
