SKINSMAGNATE
Želim da podelim svoje iskustvo sa Coolzino kazinom i njihovim procesorom plaćanja Skinsmagnate (Nokious Limited, UK Reg. br. 14657425) kako bih upozorio druge na lažne prakse povraćaja sredstava i zloupotrebu kodova trgovačke kategorije (MCC) da bi se zaobišla ograničenja kockanja.
Prvobitno sam deponovao sredstva u Coolzino Casino, ali sam kasnije shvatio da koriste netačne MCC kodove za obradu uplata, što im je omogućilo da zaobiđu kockarski blok moje banke. Zbog toga sam zatražio povraćaj sredstava zbog nepravilne obrade transakcije. Coolzino Casino je potvrdio putem e-pošte da su izvršili potpuni povraćaj sredstava, ali nikada nisam dobio pun iznos.
Nakon što sam čekao i video da mom nalogu nikada nije pripisan puni povraćaj sredstava, podigao sam povraćaj sredstava kod svoje banke pod „Refundiranje nije primljeno". Podneo sam jasne dokaze iz Coolzino kazina koji pokazuju da su potvrdili povraćaj sredstava, ali je moja banka kasnije odbila moj zahtev nakon što je dobila lažnu dokumentaciju od Skinsmagnate-a, procesora treće strane koji su koristili.
Skinsmagnate je dao lažnu priznanicu, tvrdeći da sam primio robu ili usluge. Račun nije odgovarao mojim stvarnim transakcijama, a navedeni iznosi su se potpuno razlikovali od iznosa koje sam osporio. Još gore, adresa navedena na priznanici nije čak ni moja. Uprkos ovom jasnom neskladu, moja banka je prihvatila Skinsmagnate-ovu dokumentaciju i zatvorila moj slučaj bez da mi je dala priliku da odgovorim.
SKINSMAGNATE
I want to share my experience with Coolzino Casino and their payment processor Skinsmagnate (Noxious Limited, UK Reg. No. 14657425) to warn others about fraudulent chargeback practices and misuse of Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) to bypass gambling restrictions.
I originally deposited funds into Coolzino Casino, but later realized they were using incorrect MCC codes to process payments, which allowed them to bypass my bank’s gambling block. Because of this, I requested a refund due to improper transaction processing. Coolzino Casino confirmed via email that they had processed a full refund, but I never received the full amount.
After waiting and seeing that my account was never credited for the full refund, I raised a chargeback with my bank under "Refund Not Received." I submitted clear evidence from Coolzino Casino showing that they confirmed the refund, yet my bank later denied my claim after receiving false documentation from Skinsmagnate, the third-party processor they used.
Skinsmagnate provided a fraudulent receipt, claiming that I had received goods or services. The receipt did not match my actual transactions, and the amounts listed were completely different from the amounts I disputed. Even worse, the address listed on the receipt was not even mine. Despite this clear discrepancy, my bank accepted Skinsmagnate’s documentation and closed my case without giving me a chance to respond.
