zdravo svima,


Registrovao sam se na RantCasino ranije ove nedelje i napravio depozite sa svog bankovnog računa koristeći Sofortuberveisung. Imajte na umu unapred da igram bez bonus novca.


Prvog dana sam se potpuno verifikovao, odnosno poslao sam ličnu kartu i dokaz o adresi. Oni su obrađeni i prihvaćeni veoma brzo (u roku od nekoliko sati).


Nakon što sam malo igrao u kazinu, izgubio sam pa sam deponovao još novca.


Tako da sam osvojio ukupno oko 100 evra preko mojih depozita. Odlučio sam da ovo unovčim, tako da mi je na bankovni račun isplaćeno 476 evra.


U četu su rekli da je sve u redu jer je moj nalog već verifikovan i ne moram da brinem o primanju novca. Posle više od 30 sati primio sam e-poruku da im je potreban dokaz od moje banke....


1. Pitanje: Zašto nam je sada odjednom potreban dokaz?


2. Zašto tek posle više od 30 sati? Za mene je ovo jasna taktika odlaganja jer bih mogao da otkažem iznos i nastavim da igram, ali ne planiram to da uradim dok ne dobijem svoj novac!


3. Poslao sam i izvod sa svog bankovnog računa i dokaze o uplatama, ali sada ništa ne čujem. U četu kažu strpljenje, strpljenje, strpljenje... uobičajeno!


Tako da počinjem da sumnjam da vidim svoj novac.

Međutim, zamolio bih vas da ubuduće brže i lakše obrađujete isplate i da ne koristite bilo kakvu taktiku odlaganja. Sam kazino je veoma dobro strukturiran i nudi dobre igre. Podrška i brze isplate dobitaka bi zaista trebalo da budu stvar ovih dana, jer postoji mnogo kazino provajdera koji to rade mnogo bolje od RANT-a.
