Imam isti problem. Napravio sam svoj prvi zahtev za povlačenje pre oko 7 dana, a onda su otkazali sa obrazloženjem da moram da koristim drugi metod. (ovo je bilo prošlog petka) pa jesam.
Sada je utorak, ulazi se u 10. dan uključujući vikend i još uvek ga nisu obrađivali. Za zahtev za bankovno povlačenje može potrajati od 3 -5 dana, tako da kada to urade, moraću da čekam još 3 -5 dana.
Ovo ne bi bio problem ako bi mogli samo da ga obrade.
Posedujem sve transkripte ćaskanja koje sam imao sa njima i mogu da ih podelim sa vama putem e-pošte.
Takođe mogu da vidim ovde oko 70 sličnih pritužbi i veoma loših recenzija korisnika na drugim sajtovima.
Agenti za podršku tamo čak i nisu stvarni i igrač ne može ništa da uradi da bi sebi pomogao.
Očigledno je šta se dešava jer nemaju ni dozvolu.
Postoji li način da vi (Tim gurua kazina) zaustavite ovo ili nam barem date ime vlasnika njihove licence?
I have the same issue. I made my first withdrawal request around 7 days ago, then they canceled with reasoning that I have to use other method. ( this was last friday) so I did.
Now it is tuesday, entering 10th day including weekend and they still didn't process it. For the bank withdrawal request it can take up from 3 -5 days so once they do I will have to wait another 3 -5 days.
This would not be a problem if they could just processs it.

Support agents are not even real there and there is nothing player can do to help himself.
