What makes me sad, though, is that if they are causing such problems and have something written in the Terms and Conditions and the chat says something else, then they should sort it out.
Did they even tell you if they would compensate you for this loss in some way? Of course, the casino doesn't have to do that, but if I were in this situation, I probably wouldn't play with bonuses at this casino anymore.
