My transactions outside the casino is personal information. I don't know why you need these that's why i never uploaded such a document and you never gave me my money. First you asked me for the last transaction to your casino which I uploaded and then you kept asking for more information.

Dobro veče nakon mog iskustva sa suđenja. Čekam devet dana, ali je odobreno podizanje 500€!!!!! Niko mi ne odgovara, svi mi govore da ima malo kašnjenja!! Novac je redovan, bez bonusa, nije potrebna identifikacija, ali sam ih SVE priložio e-poruci da bi bilo lakše!! U ovom trenutku nakon 5 dana moje povlačenje više nije otkazano, što znači da je možda u poodmakloj fazi, što bi moglo biti dobro. Ali niko iz servisa uživo nije mogao ovo da mi potvrdi jer su stalno ponavljali istu stvar. Ima kašnjenja, izvinjavamo se, molim sačekajte itd. A kada su se iznervirali i oni su na licu mesta zatvorili razgovor. Veoma sam nesrećna i ljuta. Takođe treba da primetim da je svaki dao drugačiji odgovor, drugi je potvrdio da je povlačenje odobreno (dok status i dalje kaže obrada) čak su mi rekli da je odobreno u petak, drugi je rekao da je odobreno ali ne zna kada, drugi je rekao da nemam pristup, drugi je rekao da postoji kašnjenje. NIJE POUZDANA!!!

I have multiple times tried to chat with them!! They are unbelievable that every agent gives a different answer EVERY TIME!! The email department is a joke as no one ever REPLIES to an email. 3-4 times at least I sent from 17.03 and nothing came back. They guarantee 1-3 weekdays payment. And apparently everyone deals a DELAY on payment. Clowns. I am really angry with them.

Zdravo. Imam problem sa ovim kazinom. Osvojio sam 13.000 CZK i 16.000 CZK.

Tako da sam kontaktirao banku i novac je zaista došao do mene. Ovo je valutna komponenta i automatski transfer sa EUR na CZK ne radi i novac je ostao na EUR računu, koji se ne vidi u banci i morao sam da pređem na njega. Izvinjavam se zbog nesporazuma.
