Well, that would make me a bit angry to say in the first place. What payment method are you trying to withdraw ? When your account seems to be fine and the casino can't tell you anything, it seems a little strange to me. 

However, as I mentioned, if 14 days pass and nothing moves forward, then I would recommend filing a complaint.

Pa opet mi je poništeno povlačenje, ne kažu mi ni razlog, prošlo je više od 14 radnih dana, između prosle nedelje sam odigrao 100 evra od povlačenja i osvojio više novca, tako da imam 2 isplate, ali ljudi su prevaranti, kažu istu stvar, molim vas da mi moj novac kaže šta da radim

I also want to share my experiences with this casino even though i wrote an review and made a complaint. I registered there because I saw the high score and thought this is a serious, trustable casino. They have a lot of games and high bonuses.

However when it comes to withdrawals they really act strange. I have been waiting for it for 11 days now. Since the first day of withdrawaling i asked in live chat to get verified. They always told me its not needed and that my withdrawal is fine. After 10 days the section to verify was usable. Now i need to wait for many days again to get verified and no money in sight.

However. If you read this and want to play in this casino -better DONT. Its just frustrating and nervewrecking running after the winnings...

I know such an experience does not fit well in its safety rating. To be completely honest, its "high score" reflects the fairness or likeness with which players will be treated fairly. Frankly, withdrawal, speed, and verification effectiveness are aspects kept outside this rating simply because such procedures vary quite a lot.
