Poslao sam im dokumente na mejl i rekli su mi da ne žele, da ako me pitaju to je za stranicu. Tamo shvatam da nije potrebna verifikacija.

Moj 9. dan i još uvek ne znam ništa o 3 povlačenja na čekanju.

Dobro veče pre nekih mesec dana otvorio sam račun u ovom kazinu, igrao sam sve bonuse i onda sam uložio svoj novac sa puno u nekom trenutku sam osvojio i podigao sam 1000 evra 500 i 500 pošto ima limit koji je bio 8 dana a pare mi nisu dolazile u kontakt svaki dan sa saportom i kažu mi klasično ne brini i izvini i budi malo strpljiv a finansijsko odeljenje je u poslednjoj fazi obrade i tako ali nema razvoja da li treba početi da brineš?

Did you already did the verification process? Because sometimes that is the reason why the payments are delayed, so if you still didn't do that, please make sure to do it soon in order to get the payment faster. Not so good that they don't respond or don't have any support center, that is weird, as casinos should have support centers for their players. I checked the site, in fact it seems really good casino , with High Safety Index, but keep in mind that SI doesn't mean or help to get the money faster. Also, if you go through this thread, you can see that other people from your country have the same issue. In my opinion, this is just a matter of time, and I am sure you will get your money very soon.

Nisu tražili od mene proveru i kada im kažem da mi pošalju neke dokumente kažu da nisu potrebni i da će ako jesu tražiti od mene. Kada ih pitam kada ću dobiti zaradu, oni kažu ne brini, dobićeš ih. To je 10. dan i još je u fazi obrade.

Zdravo treba mi pomoć. Imam 240 povlačenja od 18. marta na Spinangi i mi smo na 27. danu i nema ničega i imam još jedno danas od 500 i nema ništa SN očajnički čitajući kritike otpale su mi ruke može li neko da mi pomogne ?
