U početku sam tražio povlačenje koje je čekalo oko 10 dana. Kasnije me je kompanija kontaktirala i obavestila me da će povlačenje biti izvršeno tek nakon verifikacije mog naloga. Kada sam zahtevao verifikaciju naloga, naišao sam na probleme sa vodičem za verifikaciju kompanije, što je dovelo do dodatnih 4 dana čekanja. Nakon što sam rešio ovaj problem, poslao sam dokumente i čekao još 6 dana. Ukratko ću objasniti svoj problem. Imam račun na koji sam deponovao €10,000 i trenutno sam zaradio plus €85,000 kroz klađenje i kazino (prvenstveno BJ). Pošto sam već igrao tamo ranije, moj VIP status je bio 5 i mogao sam da isplatim 1.500 evra dnevno ili 20.000 evra.


Nakon isplate €35,000, moj VIP status je sada smanjen na 1 - uprkos mom veoma velikom prometu (oko €1,000,000 samo u kazinu od početka godine) file

Što znači da sada mogu da plaćam najviše 7.000 evra mesečno (500 evra dnevno), što se po mom mišljenju ne čini opravdanim s obzirom na prodaju. Relevantni pasusi u uslovima i odredbama ostavljaju dosta prostora za kladionicu, ali po mom mišljenju bilo bi potrebno detaljnije objašnjenje VIP statusa jer, kao iu mom slučaju, oni očigledno idu na teret kupca.

However, as far as that is concerned, since the casino has Terms and Conditions and your VIP status is no longer at level 5, I'm afraid the casino has the right to do such a thing.

Ne, ne baš, prihvatam da to samo traje duže (7.000 evra mesečno nije mala suma) - jedino što me naglašava su loša iskustva sa ovim vlasnikom (sve dok dobijam svoj novac, neću nije briga), ali to je verovatno slučaj sa mnogim ljudima poput ovog kladioničara/kazina, jer ima mnogo negativnih komentara o svim kazino operaterima, bez obzira da li rade skoro sve kako treba.


Što se tiče vašeg pitanja, ne, nisam dobio objašnjenje, iako sam pitao putem e-pošte. Jedini faktor koji se promenio nedeljama je to što nisam napravio depozit (promet je relativno visok - i kazino i kladionica).

Since you have just asked for a deposit of 50 euro, you get a notification to accept and since you have just asked for it you press accept! Only after that did I see that the first charge of 50 euros went through and that there is a second simultaneous charge of 50 euros that you approved because you thought that it is from the casino, but it is not, it is from a scamming location! Since you pressed approve to your bank you can't get you money back! When you ask the casino what the second charge is, the casino doesn't know! But the charge is at the same time and the same amount! It is too good to be true. This is a big scam; be very careful with this site!!! I would not suggest you to play at all! They have found a very clever way to scam people! Maybe this scamming method exists in other casino's so be careful with this tactic!

After reading the whole post, I can not be sure, if all this could be the fault of this particular casino, to tell you the truth. 🤔 It actually seems to me like a very sophisticated scam, I could say. This is because the card is best abused at the moment when you actually pay something with it, as was exactly your case. Have you tried to get in touch with your bank, regarding this? Maybe you should try to report it as a misuse of the card, because if you have actually confirmed it in the online banking, then it will be difficult to prove that it was not an intention. Do you know, what I mean? Talk to your bank about it and let us know, please, how did it all go, because I really would like to know the outcome.

I have talked to the bank, reported it, and canceled my card right away!! I told them all the story! However, the bank can't do anything to return my money! Because I pressed approve for the charge! And then I figured out how big and sophisticated SCAM it is! Thank God it was a small amount for me... but I want to warn other players to double-check when they get a notification from their card and not right away, even if it is the exact same second and the exact same amount, don't press approve, triple check!!! Even though how to check, because when you try to charge in the app you can see only the approval page and can't see your balance or if there is another charge already at the moment! It is a very sophisticated SCAM! This casino should have been closed yesterday! This is too serious!

I am sorry, that you can not do anything about it, really. Unfortunately nowadays there is too many, so called, scams around us. You are right, that everyone needs to be really careful, and thank you for you concern. When it comes to the casinos fault in this particular case, though, I wouldn't be so sure about it, and don't want to point fingers here, without any prove. Therefore I hope all the players will take the best precautions and will be careful, as you said.
