Izvršio sam 2 povlačenja oko 00.00 do 00.30 28. marta (po indonežanskom vremenu), jedno podizanje je bilo uspešno, ali drugo još nije stiglo na moj bankovni račun.
Kontaktirali su me svi administratori, podrška uživo, ali oni reaguju veoma, veoma sporo. Čekam 3 dana do sada, i dalje mi nikad ne odgovore na pitanje dok imam ID karte za njih da prate probleme.
Pitao sam druge igrače koji imaju iste probleme sa mnom i VOV problemi su popravljeni za njih i za mene su još uvek u pitanju.
Nadam se da će BC pružiti najbolje iskustvo za mene i sve vas.
I did 2 withdrawals its around 00.00AM to 00.30 in March 28 (Indonesian Time), one withdrawal was success but another one has not arrived into my bank account yet.
I was contacted any admins, live supports but their responds very very very slowly. I have been waiting for 3 days until now, they are still never respond my question while i have a ticket id for them to follow up the issues.
I asked to other players who have same issues with me and WOW issues fixed for them and for me still in issue.
Hopefully, BC will give the best experience for me and you all.
