Listen straight out there the worst casino super boss the beyond scammers simple as that the Guru casino will never never admit that they don’t get involved whatever it is. I’m saying as a player as well I totally agree with you you’re the worst casino. I don’t even know how they’re licensed straight out when I had evidence they just shut it down. That’s all they did. I'm sorry that you feel dissatisfied, but honestly, you claimed winnings that you have actually never won - based on the gaming history:

"the advert that someone won any amount lately doesn't mean that you actually won, even if it displays your name. Yes, it looks as a technical glitch and it shouldn't happen but if your winnings are not listed in your game history, there is nothing we can do to help you with this complaint.

Već nekoliko dana ovaj kazino smatra prikladnim da ukloni jedini mogući metod povlačenja: bankovni transfer.

Već sam zatražio povlačenje 484 € putem bankovnog transfera i isplaćeno je u roku od 24 sata koji je predviđen njihovim uslovima i odredbama. Onda sam ponovo deponovao i dobio veći dobitak. Od tog trenutka fatalnost Više nisam u mogućnosti da podignem bankovnim transferom pošto sam uklonio tu opciju u metodama povlačenja.

Sada su obnovili metod povlačenja bankovnim transferom, ali se pojavio još jedan problem. Depoziti koje je kazino napravio u ponedeljak i utorak još nisu stigli na moj bankovni račun. Dok je onaj napravljen prošle nedelje stigao istog dana.

I think you have not mentioned the casino is going to suffer some technical-related withdrawal issues.

As you can see in Carsix79's complaint: "My last and only successfully paid withdrawal was on March 16th and it had entered my checking account the same day."

Since only players with issues come here and submit complaints or complain about the casinos, it truly may seem that almost every casino is bad.

The reality differs by experience, I'd say. I agree many casinos are painfully slow when it comes to the KYC, or withdrawals. Everyone can see that.

Tehnički problemi uvek dolaze kada moraju da plate. Pitam se koji su to tehnički problemi da se izvrši bankovni transfer. Očigledno ih imaju samo kazina. Ko zna zašto platiti bankovnim transferom, umesto toga nema takvih problema. Novac im uvek dolazi nesmetano.

Da razumem kakve sve ovo ima veze sa mojim slučajem?

Moja povlačenja su označena kao plaćena, ali nisam primio novac na svoj tekući račun.

Onda to što su banke u problemu kakve to veze ima sa novcem koji se mora prebaciti iz kazina bankovnim transferom? Da li je Superbos sada postao banka?

Prema vašoj teoriji, svi bankovni transferi u svetu bi trebalo da budu blokirani. Primam i izvršavam transfere svaka 2-3 dana bez problema.

Štaviše, ne mislim da se Italija može definisati kao opasna zemlja ili ograničena teritorija.

Ponavljam, ovde govorimo o bankovnim transferima koji su označeni kao obavljeni, ali nikada nisu primljeni na moj bankovni račun.

Želeo bih da se moja žalba brže obradi.
