Esta ultima vez que jugue, tampoco llegue a jugar con los 2.5 euros, desde mi primera apuesta parti ganando y llegue a 200 euros, pero al completar el wager me dejaron 35 euros de saldo supuestamente por el limite de conversion. Lo cual tampoco cuadra, porque yo deposite 15 euros y el limite de conversion eran 25 euros, hubieran sido 40 euros.
Los terminos de condiciones del casino no son completamente claros con esto, si bien indican los limites de conversion, en ninguna parte dice que saldo se juega primero y en bonos anteriores habia sido el saldo real primero. Me quitaron mis ganancias con saldo real por tener un bono activo.
Ademas, muchos de los terminos estan en ingles y la pagina tienen muchos errores, he enido problemas con promociones que aparecen en la pagina que ya no estan disponibles, es decir, no lo actualizan debidamente. Tambien actualmente, tienen una promocion de una ruleta por deposito y sacaron mal la promocion, esta mal echo (tienen el premio menor en la ruleta vip y el premio mayor en la ruleta normal, se equivocaron). Tambien tienen los saldos de varios distribuidores con error, al jugar en clp el saldo sale multiplicado por 100, es decir si tienes 10. 000 clp que son aproximadamente 10 euros te aparece el saldo como si tuvieras 1.000.000. No son capaces de arreglar este error que vizualiza mal el saldo.
