Good evening, I made a withdrawal at Twin Casino, I have sent all my documents which were approved. The strange thing is that, although they told me the documents were approved, they also said that it could take up to 30 days for the withdrawal to be processed. I asked if something like this is mentioned in the terms, and they said no, so obviously I did not agree to this.

Hi, when did you enter the withdrawal? I wouldn't agree with that either, and if it takes more than the 14 days we give casinos to pay out a player, I'd reach out and file a complaint. 

If they don't even have it in the terms and conditions it doesn't seem fair to me and waiting a month for money is not normal.

I made the withdrawal on 23/9; generally, something strange was happening because they were also canceling my official bank documents, telling me they were screenshots, but they were downloaded in PDF format with the date, my name, and my transactions.

Since it's not in the rules, I will obviously file a complaint. From what I've seen, they do this deliberately to many players who make quick withdrawals. It doesn't make sense for the verification to take exactly 30 days.

I also think that the best step would be a complaint because a month for verification is quite enough. I can't imagine what a casino can check for that long, so our team will try to assist.

They will welcome you to deposit with credit card , once it done you make some money when you want to withdraw your gain they will tell you that is not possible you have to chose another method of withdrawing. They will keep playing with you until you get tired and you cry until you get angry 😡, today I ask them to close my account because they keep playing with my mind I have 30 euro in the account. Becarfule where you are playing. That twin casino already have a bad reputation.

Hello, did the casino explain to you why you can't gamble using the method you are talking about? But if they gave you an alternative, what was it? I think that's exactly what the casino should do if you can't withdraw using the method you chose. What's the problem with not being able to withdraw your money now? How long has the whole situation been going on? Do you still have the money in your gaming account?
