Well, I just want to say as my case with casino was resolved with a lawyer, SBGOC foundation and gambling authority involved I don't feel it's correct just to mark case as 'resolved' with a green light and no consequences. Actually a Guru's decision was 'complaint unjustified'. So it took me about 2 years to justify the case and substantial amount of money paid as expenses. Casino also paid some extra as legal charges. So it was not a casino's 'good will' as presented. 

So I ask you to properly mark my case with a reason 'Publicity helped' as you usually do. Now it just seems like Guru managed to resolve the case (that is not true). It makes me think some casinos are on 'untouchable' list here.

Based on the facts we gathered at that time, it appears that despite being aware that the bonus you received was specifically for slots, you continued to play Blackjack. Even though you occasionally wagered on slots when your balance was low, you consistently returned to Blackjack. Due to this, we believed that the casino was in the right.

Please don't misunderstand me, I am pleased that you were eventually paid. However, based on the evidence we had available to us at the time, we made the decision to side with the casino.

This is akin to the legal process in most democratic countries. In a dispute, you initially attempt to resolve it without involving the courts. If that fails, you can take the matter to a local court (casino.guru in this example). If the local court rules against you, then you have the option to escalate the case to a national court. However, even if you win the case, it does not necessarily mean that the opposing party will be punished if they rectify the situation (as the casino did by paying you). The classification you mentioned, "publicity helped," applies to cases where we are on the side of the player. In your case, since we sided with the casino, they believed that their actions were justified.

Dear Matej,

I only passed all the previoulsy published information to SBGOK and they confirmed I had a strong case there. SBGOK's lawyer sent a letter of demand to Vavada and they agreed to pay the balance immediately without hesitation. Don't know what caused them to change their mind. Most probably there were no violations from my side. Anyway they presented it as a 'good will' but still the casino was imposed legal charges and fees for using player's funds for almost 2 years. This somehow smoothed my expenses. I got less, and the casino paid more. That's the outcome.

As for your version of me misusing bonus funds. I was assured by online chat support that I was able to use bonus balance for playing live blackjack. Game contribution to bonus wager was 0% - that was the only limitation announced. And I think it's not fair to credit winnings from a game with 0% contribution to the bonus account. So at a certain point all my real cash funds moved to a bonus account (so logically how can they forbid me to use them?). So I asked them to cancel the 1000 usd bonus and give me what had left from 8000 usd deposits (that was around 2000 usd at the moment) and we are even. I take it and never play anymore. They refused to do so and escalated the issue. So I made it to 14000 usd and they finally refused to pay. Well all the rest is quite described in the case.

I hope this case will make your decision system more accurate.

Uplatio sam depozit od 700e, aktiviran je bonus. Šta su uradili, sav moj depozit su pretvorili u svoj bonus. Pa su moj pravi novac pretvorili u bonus (što je meni apsurdno), valjda sa bonusom treba da dobiješ bonus a ne da uzmeš svoj novac. Onda sa tim bonusom ne možete da igrate ništa drugo osim slota (što znači sa mojim pravim novcem) bio sam ucenjen da igram slot. Nisam ni primetio kada sam video na bonusu piše 600e ali ni ja nemam pravog novca, prekinuo sam taj bonus u nadi da će mi vratiti novac. Ali sve je nestalo. Onda kontaktiram servis gde mi kažu da im se javim telegramom (hmmm) i tamo posle 24 dođu sa porukom da potvrde da sam to znao! i stalno mi šalju istu poruku da potvrde da sam to znao. Sad mi reci da li sam normalan. Uzmu mi pare, stave u njen bonus i onda me teraju da igram šta hoće i onda me u nekoj telegram grupi teraju da prihvatim sve to!
