I'm still missing the part where you were explicitly told to play a concrete game to gain winnings. From what I see, you were complaining about losing, and asking for compensation. The casino suggested trying a different game which makes sense to me.

It also seems that the account provides a special section to show you sort of "hot games" pretty normal too, I'd say. I would not take that as a direct encouragement to play a specific game or promises of winnings.
