Thank you for the precise description of how it was. From what you've said, it doesn't seem to me that there's anything wrong with you. If you say that you passed the verification, I don't know where the problem could be if they haven't written you anything specific. That's why I would try to get an answer again and if they don't write you anything or tell you anything, then I would recommend filing a complaint because being in a situation and not knowing anything is definitely not something I want to find myself in.

Hello!

Today I received a response from them stating that to reopen my account, I need to log in and take a new selfie with my document. There was no further explanation regarding the account blockage. I went to the Vulkan Vegas website, logged in, and immediately sent the selfie. I also took screenshots of the process to have proof later if needed.

We'll see tomorrow if the photo is acceptable to them and what other documents they might require.

I do hope they transfer the money, but at the same time, who knows—they might come up with a new proble

At least something has moved forward. Sometimes a casino may block an account to pass verification and until that happens it stays that way. But the best thing to do is always to notify the player that something like this is happening.
