Not a good site to play on.


delays withdrawals like crazy and also has unfair terms regarding withdrawals based upon amount deposited. Slow withdrawals too.


why is this site rated 9.8


i won $7500 on this site on Dec 23. I have only been paid $2500 so far. The other 2 withdrawals are still pending. I am supposed to get another $2500 by Jan 23rd. Yes, is it written in their terms and conditions regarding withdrawals. BUT, is it fair to the player? Absolutely not. Many sites have much fairer and timely withdrawal policies.


These kind of terms should 100% not warrant a rating of 9.8, sorry.

Hello, and thanks for sharing.

Frankly, we often have to explain that withdrawal speed is not part of the safety index. And when it comes to rules, penalization comes for unfair rules that may potentially be used against the players.

We also recommend checking withdrawal limits specifically upon registration since they may vary a lot based on many factors.

But I agree that limiting the withdrawable balance by the sum of previously made deposits does not sound right. Sadly, it gets very popular, if you ask me.

Could you perhaps send a printscreen showing this rule?

Please note, the time for money clearance may vary upon the payment method. Most payment providers, especially banks, do not process payments on weekends and public holidays.

Something like this is not unfair to the player? As a player who has played on a lot of sites, this is definitely unfair.

Yes, I think this is not the fairest way to the players, so thanks for sharing this information.

However, since every player agrees to these Terms and Conditions when they register, then unfortunately this is the way it is and the casino can apply it. 

Anyway, regarding your next withdrawal, could you update me when you get it ? You wrote that it should be today, so I'm quite curious if it will be.

Hello there. Sorry to hear you find yourself in this situation. I can see you have already submitted a complaint with our team and I can assure you they will do their best, as always, to help you go thru this. For now, there is not much to do and the best thing, in my opinion, is to fully cooperate with the casino and our complaint team as well. The casinos safety index wouldn't be that high if they wouldn't cooperate with us, so at least that is one positive thing here, I reckon.

So let's give it some time now, and of course, keep us posted 🙏.

Hello! Hello, I see you have an issue with the deposit to your player account at the casino. Also, the money has left the Gcash wallet but still does not show up in the casino. Did you try to ask the casino what the problem might be and show them that the money has been successfully withdrawn from your Gcash and if they have some difficulties ? Has the casino responded to your situation ?

They block account without any purpose if you win too much, on ice, Vulkan and verde.

Plus is they let to withdraw money...

they ban accounts refering to the regulations:

Uplatio sam 20 evra na svoj vulkan-vegas račun, igrao, pobedio, napravio zahtev za povlačenje i oni su ga odbili tražeći na početku lični dokument, tražili su mi selfi sa ličnom kartom i selfi sa kreditna kartica. onda su mi tražili ugovor o radu...više od kazina mi liči na Digos policijske stanice, čini mi se da hoće da nađu trik da ga odbiju. Proverite... Već sam kontaktirao državnu monopolsku agenciju da zatražim podršku... moj pravi balans mi mora biti poslat putem bankovnog transfera kao što to rade druge platforme, bet365 i PokerStarsu je potrebno najviše pola sata da provere samo identitet kartica Ne traže selfije ili bilo šta drugo...
