When opening an account, the casino advertises and in its offers, in addition to the other offers, a 1st deposit bonus. Also, on the day I opened the account, it had an offer on uefa 50% free bet up to €100. When I contacted customer service, they replied that I am NOT entitled to any offer as a new customer. In this case, I believe that the company is deceiving new customers, because even though it advertises some offers, to open an account, as soon as you open it, it denies them. I am a new customer and has nothing negative against me, so they are unreliable.

So it's quite strange that as a new player you can't get a bonus right away. However, you can't receive any bonus or was it just this particular one? Did the casino say anything more specific than you're not entitled for it ? Unfortunately, casinos have the option to decide who they will offer bonuses to and who they won't. But I wouldn't say that this is a reason why I would think they are unreliable. Although I would certainly be a bit sad and cautious. 

There's also the possibility that you won't play here if it's a longer term thing with bonuses and you like to take them on the other hand. 🤔🤷‍♂️

Hello. We give casinos 14 full days to process the payment, actually. Especially when it comes to the first withdrawal, the casino needs to verify the account of every player and sometimes this procedure could be more time consuming.

First withdrawal did take 4 day to process other withdrawals were made in 2 days. I got all my money. Bad thing about is that you can withdraw only 500€ per day.

So it's actually good news that you already have all the money. It's comforting for sure, but on the other hand I see that 500 a day is not enough for you. Unfortunately, that's the way the casino has it set up, but the most important thing is that you didn't have to wait too long and you got it all.

Za mene je Vazamba veoma POZITIVAN, POUZDAN sajt. Osvojio sam skoro 6.000.000 HUF pre 2 godine i nije bilo problema sa plaćanjem. Ovde sam ranije osvajao manje iznose, sećam se više puta da sam izvršio uplatu, čekao sam nedelju dana i onda je novac vraćen na moj račun igrača.. Uplatio sam ponovo i stigla je posle nedelju dana. ne mogu reći da je bilo bez prepreka, ali za mene nije bilo sumnje. Dokumenti koje je trebalo dostaviti su takođe bili malo škakljivi, od kojih sam neke smatrao previše tajnim, ali mi je u svemu pomoglo veoma ljubazno i uslužno osoblje i bili su dostupni 24 sata, što do sada nisam iskusio u mnogim kockarnicama. Tražili su fakture sa mojim imenom koje nemam, pomogli su mi da to rešim na drugačiji način... isplata možda kasni, molim za strpljenje ❤ Rado ću potvrditi nagradu slikom ako neko treba. 😊
